Similar to Command and Conquer Generals, or WC3...
Maybe call it Fall of Reach or something

Infantry-
Human-
Crewmen- WC3's worker, CCG's peasant. (and maybe they are medics too?)
Marines- maybe ones with different weapons like SMG, Sniper, BR, Shottie etc.
ODSTs- stronger than marines but cost more, same idea though...
Sergeants- Give special things to Marines and ODSTs (like better vision?)
The Spartans- you know 'em you love 'em
Covenant-
Engineers- Crewmens equal
Grunts- Marines equals but with covie weapons
Jackals- ODST equal
Elites- Sergeants equal
Honor Gaurds- Spartans equal
(did not include Brutes in the Covenant cause i hate them)
Heroes-
The Master Cheif- Yep
The Arbiter- him too
Vehicles-
Human-
Tank- Comes with driver and you can put marines on it
Warthog- Comes with driver, can put gunner and rider in
Gauss Hog- Same as warthog
VTOL- a combat pelican but with no passengers
Pelican- Troop transport able to carry 8 guys
Covenant-
Wraith- Driver only
Spectre- Comes with driver, can put guys on
Pulterguist- A Cloaked Spectre only detectable with Sergeant in the area ; )
Ghost- Driver only
Banshee- Yep
Bandit- Covie dropship from Halo:CE, 8 passengers
Buildings-
Human-
Command Post- Main building for making crewman and marines
Training Grounds- Bring marines to make Sergeants
Armory- Upgrade Center
Air Base- VTOL's and Pelicans
Vehicle Bay- Tanks and Warthogs
Cryo-Sleep Center- make Spartans and The Cheif Here
Sniper Tower- Defensive Structure, Put Marines in here and they will snipe
Turret nest- Defensive Structure, Put Infantry here they will man turrets
Computer Center- Put crewman here and they will get you tech points(resources)
Covanant-
Temple- Main Building for making engineers and grunts
Religious Chambers- Grunts to Jackals... (or something)
Armory- Upgrade Center
Air Field- Banshees and Bandits
Armor Bay- Ghosts, Spectres, Wraiths
Masoleum of the Arbiter- Honor Guards and Arbiters area of creation
Sniper Tower- like the ones on the beaches in campaign
Turret Nest- Same as human one but with covie turret
Control Room- Engineers place of business, put em here they give you tech points
Creeps- Flood maybe? Sentinels? Brutes?
