I hear other users talk about coloured text, but I don't see it. I get the impression that IE users can see it while NS users can't. Can y'all tell us which browsers you use and whether you see coloured text?

IE. Some of the other browsers, i.e. Mozilla, are more stable, and even cooler than IE, but their inability to display webpages correctly really turns me off.

Hehe. Instability turns me off more than not seeing the purdy colours. I use NS 7.something because it hasn't crashed yet and it's got that cool tabs feature. My desktops would be much more cluttered if I could have only one page per window. I dunno how the heck you can handle everything with only one desktop and one page per window. I guess I'm spoiled.

Btw, you didn't tell me whether you see the colours.

Can you see the goofy colours here on the forums?
I thought NS is based on 'Zilla. That's what I was told, at least...

Are the iframes these weird animated menu dealies that I can't seem to get out of my way?

Yes, I see the colored text. The only thing I've never been able to see on an IE browser is flashing text.

iFrames are like frames, but it's a square frame inside of a browser window.

| browser window |

| . | iFrame | . . . .|
| . |________| . . . .|
|_______________|

edit; ASCII art and HTML dont mix.

I'm not seeing anything much like ordinary frames. I'm seeing two layers, one of the forum and another over that consisting of goofy animated menu stuff for the whole Bungie.net. The top layer's got different images and animations to coordinate with different parts of Bungie.net, though the layout and content of the overlay menu is the same.

Edit: I have to leave now, but I'll look back here when I can to see what you've found out. See if the page source makes sense to you.

It seems that not much was figured out while I was gone.

It's not working in Firefox, the reason being that the web team made a slight mistake with the style attribute of the font tag. It says color= rather than color:.

To the right of the reply text, they have text markup tags. Follow the directions to the last ] and you should get color. But you need a color first, and it may not show up on your browser.
