I had to recently order and wait 3 weeks to get halo for pc. When i install the game says the bloodgulch map is corrupt. The game still loads but is it going to hang up in a mission that requires that map?Is there anyway to get a replacement copy of the bloodgulch map?

well if you reinstuled it and still nothing you could download halo ce and copy the map "blood gulch" from ce to pc, you'll need win rar to do this. i'm not sure it will work but it's worth a try. as for downloading a new copy....... good luck :P

DO NOT, UNDER AND CIRCUMSTAMCES LISTEN TO THE GUY ABOVE ME!!!!
the bloodgultch in Halo CE and Halo PC are two compleatly diffrent maps. CE has some added (and improved) stuff, that is incompatable with halo PC. if you do as he says, you will never be avle to play halo again. (it won't let you past the corrupt bloodgultch.map warning)

By the by, there are no "missions" that require blood gulch. Try running the Autorun on the disc, click on re/uninstall, then check on the repair corrupted files box... ... ...

Offering the maps is indeed a violation of the rules. This is because it violates the Halo EULA. Sorry dude, but while it may be morally correct, it's legally wrong.

Tech support would be better equipped to help you. It sounds like you may have a corrupt disc, in which case you should take it back to the retailer and ask for a replacement.

If it's part of a chain then you should be able to go to any store in the chain.

The Only Thing i can Think of is that the Halo PC Game what u bought Is Faulty and has Errors in it Simply take it back to where u bought it and get an exchange for a new en or money back! Cause had a game once that said it had an error sumthing like that and i took it back got a new en worked stright away.

See ya
