Subject: Some suggestions for Bungie.net

Here' s just a few ideas that I'd like to pass along that might be useful for Bungie.net users. These are not complaints, simply ideas that I'd like to share and (hopefully) see implemented into the site some day.

1. Show assets in Game History list
In the Game History list view, I'd like to see some sort of checkmark/icon that indicates there are assets (i.e. screenshots, saved films, or clips) associated with that game. I'd like to look through old games I've played in and easily see if anyone (friend, foe, or even myself) captured something of interest from those games. Currently you must click the preview button to know if anyone has saved assets from the game, so it can be kind of time consuming to look through each one.

2. Show achievements in the Game History list
Similarly, in the Game History list view I'd like to see a checkmark/icon indicating that somone unlocked an achievement in that game. Then you could review when your various achievements were earned, along with other people's achievements. This could make it easier to review whether or not someone's achievements were earned "legit" or via achievement trading.

3. Sort games by assets/achievements
To go along with ideas 1 and 2, it would be nice to be able to sort all games in the Game History list by those that have assets associated with them and by those that have achievements associated with them, so I can look at only those games.

4. Save films to 360 from Game History
Finally (this one's probably the trickiest, but you never know) I'd like it if I could flag a game from my Game History on Bungie.net to save that game as a film to my 360 the next time I play Halo 3, similar to how you can flag a screenshot/variant/clip to be downloaded from the "Bungie Recommends" section. I suppose that would be limited to the last 25 games played, just like they show up in the Halo 3 Theatre, but it would still be useful when I'm reviewing my games at work the day after I played last night if I could select the best ones to be saved!

That's all for now - thanks for an awesome game and an awesome website Bungie!

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

Nice, well-thought out suggestions. As I'm sure you'd agree, none of these are what I'd consider essential, but they sure would be some nice bonus features for the site. I agree with your post.

#1 would rock!

I wonder if it would be to much to get some kind of notification when someone generates a new asset from a game you've played.

Solid ideas - I've always wanted to be able to sort my games and that's now possible, but these would add even more functionality. [:

The last one might be tricky, it'd have to be still on the servers (in your recent games list) for that to work... You might find there are some problems with that. /:
