I, Like many others have been in games with people who like having a good time at our expense. They assasinate, stick, splatter, shoot, rocket, and drive their teammates to their doom. They give the game to the other team like a quarterback tossing the ball to the other team. I would like you, the Bungie Community, to send me the names of These Cyber-Bullies, and game Saboteurs., so that I may list them Here to all to see.

I, However will not Put anyone on this list without Proof. In order for anyone to be put on this list, A film clip Must be sent to me that proves that they are such offenders. The clip MUST begin around 10 seconds before and end 10 seconds After the Event. This is to Ensure that the event was not just an unfortunate accident, such as a teammate unexpectedly emerging from behind a wall or door at just the wrong moment.

Thanks to Microsoft's feedback system we have a chance to get rid of them. Although these people boast that feedback is meaningless, in games with matchmaking systems such as Halo 3, It does make a difference. The matchmaking system will take into account preferred/avoided players. You choose to avoid them they will be much less likely to me placed in a game with you. If a large enough number of people avoid them they may not be able to find any games, or at least have to wait a Really long time.

That Is why I am Making this Blacklist. Those on it are to be Avoided under "Unsportsmen-like conduct". Though many of these people just make new profiles or change their gamer tags when the online community does this to them, it costs money, If we shoot them down as soon as they arise, they will run out of money. I do hope that Microsoft will one day remedy this crack in the system.

There will be three Categories of offenders. First There is the brown level offenders. they will be placed on the list after their first confirmed offense.
Then there will be Yellow level offenders. They will be moved from Brown when at least five accusations have been proven. Finally there will be RED level offenders. This will be the Hardest Category to list, Due to the Nature of what you need to do to get on it. This list Includes known Abusers of the system. Those who create new profiles will be added to this list. Their known tags and current one (if Known) will be posted in the same block.

I will Try to update the List Daily as long as clips are sent to me.
