Comon, it wasn't that bad! You guys had fun. If not in the awesome anti-Zombie base, in the water.

So is there going to be another one of these humpdays? The mod v. members humpdays have always been more interesting than bungies humpday games.

There should be another, Thunderbolt.
I think it's implied that we're keeping that authority delegated to muffin man one.

Also, I think that we should play a match next time in my Forge map, "Box." Although anyone who's played in it would know why that would be crazy.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Surprisingly. I mean, we've only had...carry the one...divide by the number of atoms in a mole...raise to the magnitude of your mom's weight...two games...

That's because they really involve Bungie.net community members. Humpdays are usually just Bungie taking on some other game studio, or other "non-Bungie.net goers" which, while pretty fun to see, are still very.. "Detatched" from us here. I keep hoping Bungie will take on clans and specific B.net groups more often. I've been hoping that for years.

Yes i know. Thats why I said they are more interesting. Didnt bungie play mbt once? I remember them playing some group from bnet.

And we have had more than 2 games. There have been a few mod v. member games before.

Yeah, it's a surprise now. So be careful when you open any doors and the lights are off. We might all be there to congratulate you.

All will be revealed tomorrow guys.

Quick question, will the event relating to it take place tommorow, or am I getting too ahead of myself :P?

I wonder what the mod's though of the game. I didn't hear any of them talk in the pregame looby, and I only first started to hear them in the after game customs.
Also the game was apparently very diverce since it sounded like a few of the members, and I think even a mod was from Britian.
Fun game and props to all who played :D

The sad thing is that I will probably never get to partake of this glorious battle... With my job and school I am busy busy.

I don't have the time most people do. : ( I would really enjoy playing with some "big people"

The people who play will probably be geeks who live in their mom's basement who don't work. I don't.

I work. :D

I take extreme offense to that. Not only do I work, I do not live in my mother's basement.

I live in my father's basement.

:)

*That was a joke, btw

Sir Fragula is from "across the pond" (UK) as is Ash55. Pezza and TGP represent the Aussies. JAF is from someplace called the Netherlands, I think he's making that country up to be honest.

The mods represent different countries and different parts of the US/Canada, so of course they were diverse in the challenge.

Oh, and the last game took place on a Saturday at 5pm EDT. I worked that morning and got home at 3pm. Just for whoever said the only people who can play are job-less, basement dwellers.

I was a little surprised at how young they sounded (relax, I'm not calling you kids!). Perhaps it's just the orange text and unanimous reverence they have, or perhaps it is the countless dirty jokes that all too often appear in their posts, but it was just...unexpected, I guess.

Well, there are certain ones that are obviously older than others (Insert Recon joke here). I think the majority of those who played in the challenges at least against my team were above the age of 20 (sans Ash). But there are plenty of "younger" mods, and I think most people are shocked when they first learn how old they actually are and yet still do such a damn good job on B.net. I know I was shocked (pleasantly) when I learned the age of a certain Myth-lovin' Aussie Mod.

Ah, another things the mods do, put to rest the tired argument that Age = Maturity.

Yeah, because it's extremely mature of Achilles to talk about how he just violated my corpse in a small, dark, corner.

So cold...

Maybe it's actually the older the moderators get, the more immature. >_> Or senile. Whatever. Almost the same thing.
