Ahh, English are we? :^)
There are a few things to keep in mind when buying computer parts.
You have to be sure that your parts can fit into your Motherboard/case. Usually, the case will fit. If it doesn't, then you can just cut it to your liking. A motherboard however, it isn't that simple. Seeing how your processor is pretty good, it's a good guess to take that it has a PCI-E slot. Which is the preferable slot for Graphics cards to date. Correct me if I'm wrong on this anyone, this is knowledge coming from the back of my thinking-of-other-things brain.
Check to make sure that your Ram is the correct type of your motherboard. Theres many types of ram units to complicate things. DDR, DDR2, and DDR3. The most common one used is DDR2, and that is the slots most computers have. Check your motherboard's brand, and what model number it is. Google it up and see what 'evidence' you can find on what slots your Motherboard has.
Your CPU, as I've said before, won't be needing a upgrade for a good time. It is half decent, and most games don't rely on a powerful CPU, although it does help.
Instalation of these parts are relitivly easy. There is always specific instructions on how to install them properly. Usually though, it's a matter of slug it into the correct slot, boot it up, and install the drivers, then reinstall.
Goodluck, and it's pretty late there in England by now. :P
