i have 2 live subscriptions, and i want to delete one of them. apparently deleting the account from your xbox doesn't get rid of the account. i'm in serious trouble, because i'm about to be billed for an account i don't use, and wish to delete. i used a 2 month subscription thingy to change a few things about my account, i can't figure out how to get rid of the old one so i don't get charged $50.

See if you can cancel from Xbox.com, or contact Microsoft's support.

xbox.com didn't help me for jack squat. i called the help line thingy and i think that they are going to delete it. i'm not entirely sure though. the person i was talking to gave me an confirmation number for something, but i couldn't hear for what exactly (damn phone). i don't know.

one last thing: how do i re-link my new gamertag to b.net?

there's a phone # you call, it's like 1-800-4my-live, or something like that.

Go into your Xbox Dashboard, go to your Live account, Subscription, and then Cancel Subscription.
