I tried checking out my career stats page in Safari, because Internet Explorer doesn't show a percentage or the icon for my most used tool of destruction, and it abso-fragging-lutely just nukes Firefox to oblivion... and it just keeps trying to sign in. Bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, bnet, sign-in, sign-in failed. Even the frontpage causes this horribly dumbfounding cycle. I can sign into the Live passport just fine, but then I try bungie.net again and I'm faced with that same page again that returns the same error:

The site may not be a member of Windows Live ID.

You can sign in or sign up at other Windows Live ID sites and services, or try again later at this site.

Ironically? The help page does the same thing.

So, what the Halo is wrong? Also, to a lesser extent, why does the site obliverate Firefox in terms of usability?

Firefox works just fine, you probably just checked 'save my name and password' and your cache got corrupted. Ctrl-F5 to clear it.
Also, Safari is not technically supported. I think.

Your mom broke Safari.

Try clearing your cache.

Seriously though, she did.

then believe that we have lost our eyes

I think Safari broke the updates. Bungie never does anything wrong ; ).

I'm using safari right now and it seems fine. Maybe get the newest version?

Safari was failing a few days ago for me with anything that dealt with my Net Passport.

I'm back to using FireFox for awhile.
