I'd recommend backing-up all your maps before-hand so this doesn't happen again. Just copy/paste all the files in a separate folder. If something happens to the map, just copy/paste it back from there in to your maps folder. Problem Solved.
As for getting your map back, you can pop-in your CD, and go to My Computer, and select the drive Halo PC is on, and right-click, and go to "Explore". Browse to the folder "FileCab", and you'll see, I believe, 6 files. If you have a program such as WinRar, you can open these files up, and extract a specific file (or in this case, a specific map file) from one of the .cab files. I believe bloodgulch is stored in "filecab6.CAB", not entirely sure... but if it isn't there, go check the other ones. Anyway, when you find the correct one, just extract it, and place in your "maps" folder. Problem Solved 2.0
