I have just recently started my 2 month free xbox live free sub. souley for HALO2 (and I totaly kick ass) But for some reason I cant make a clan for one, I will go to create clan and type in a name and nothing happends. And also (this is the big one) I cant talk to my friends with the brand new head set i bought and I cant hear them. I will have like 30 messages a day and it just reads when I click on them: so and so sent you a voice message, voice messages: none. So I thought i could outsmart the halo2 xbox live and went to settings on the halo 2 main menue ans made it voice output only to TV( nothing) so i went back and switched it to mixed (still nothing)..
I then took out the game and went to the dashbord and it read: some accounts will not allow a head set.... PLEASE HELP ME

It was a cold day near the southern base in Blood Gulch. Cortana and I were relaxing over a game of Go Fish, WHEN OUT OF NO WHERE 700 BANSHEES CAME FLYING IN!!! I GRABED MY SPARTAN LASER AND LET HELL REIGN DOWN UPON THEM. I HOPPED IN THE NEAREST WARTHOG AND TOLD CORTANA TO GET IN.

It is.

I would guess that it has something to do with the Halo disc itself. Do you get any audio in the game at all?

Do you have a router? If so, is it on the approved router list?

Go into your account managment, and make sure you have "Voice" enabled.

Common Problem, I hope it helps.
