i saw the E3movie and the warthog was driving without a slip. i want to know what you think of the new driving style. i did like the slipping because you could make very sharp turns en smash things whit your back. but whit the beter driving that is all history. what do you think about this

They'd added a Handbrake to the Warthog. Now you slide when YOU want to slide. Cool neh?

i hate it alot. I am very sad to see it go, i thought that is one of the things that made the game so much fun. I also hope they keep the old way of steering.

if thats so its good but it is still a bit boring. its was susch a fun in the multiplayer and now the players can steer so it is less chaos. and that was just what i liked so much

Five Tenets of Bungie.net Forum Life:
1. Trolls will always be well fed.
2. Blame-ability thy name is stosh.
3. Bungie has no control over retail prices.
4. Watch out for low-flying defense drones.
5. Seven is not optional, but rather, an inevitability.

Its going to be interesting getting used to the steady Hog. I usually rely on fishtails and psychotic swerving and stunts to kill things on Legendary. And I better learn how to use the brakes.

yea but now with a hand brake you will be slowing down when you want to turn, you can't just do this big huge continous fishtall.

Well, Bungie went next door and snagged the code from a racing game to add more realism to their Warthog. They love it and Bungie designers are finicky as all hell. If they love it. I will love it.

Besides, I'm going to need that control when we start playing Demolition Derby in Halo 2.

i'm really happy with the new lack of sliding. did anyone ever notice how treaded those tires on the warthog in halo 1 were? you think that it would have at least semi-decent traction. especailly on concrete.
