I have the ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, 256 and it works fine. I read somewhere that this is pretty much the minimum for good graphics. The 9200 may work fine, go ahead and try it.

ditto, this system will definently work, i have an ancient alienware, with a mx 440, and it still runs HALO

Heyyo,

Yo smurf, memory isin't everything in videocards.. it's optimizations dude. You see, newer videocard builds usually have much more efficient and optimized style of rendering (the path towards the perfect videocard gets closer to completion each new build...).

If a ATI Radon 9600 PRO 128MB of VRam when up against say, a ATI Radeon 9200 128MB of VRam, the 9600 PRO would win, hands down, everytime.

That 9200's still a decent videocard, just don't expect rendering miracles is all. And btw, it'll run HaloPC pretty decently.
