This was the only bad part of your great sniping guide.
It's bad advice for several reasons. Camping is a perfectly legitimate strategy. Movement is the bane to the sniper because a moving target is always ten times easier to see. The thing that really bothered me is that you sound like a scrub. You make up your own "rules of honor", really rules that don't matter in real life, and think they make you a "better" player.
To quote the awesome Sirlin: "He does not play to win.
The scrub would take great issue with this statement for he usually believes that he is playing to win, but he is bound up by an intricate construct of fictitious rules that prevent him from ever truly competing."
The sniper should have a mixture of movement and camping to be as effective as possible. The ratio of movement to camping depends on such factors as :team position, objective,enemy position, ammo capacity, sidearm, terrain, map, power weapons, etc.
