Why is that my GameCube and PS2 games look of less quality than XBOX games on this tv? I bought the S-Video cables for the PS2 and GameCube, however, most of my games on both consoles seem to have "blurring" issues and the images look "muddy" and "foggy". Whenever I move a character on the screen, it seems as if im playing within a dream since all the images seem to "blur" up for no apparent reason. Im beginning to think these games ( on PS2/GC ) looked better on my old tv with standard cables than they do on my new HDTV. I have no complaints about my XBOX games, but I almost dont want to play my PS2 and GC games because of this unfortunate picture quality issue. What may be the problem? Thank you.
P.S. By the way, for anyone who has this tv, why cant I switch between 480, 540, 720, and 1080 on my menu screen? All I can do is adjust the contrast, brightness, color, etc. I also have these very straight "invisible" lines that show up when the tv screen turns darker. I found out that as I lower the contrast level, the lines begin to fade but the actual picture quality isnt as good. I could I eliminate these lines and keep the picture quality looking sharp? Thank you.
