I have been looking all over but can't find any help with my questions:

-I am on my XBOX LIVE 2 months free that came with Halo 2 and want to continue after the free period...But my girlfriend got on under my nick on XBOX LIVE and screwed my stats with Halo 2...now i was wanting to know if there is a way to start over (start with a clean slate with no stats...begin anew) after the free period but keep the same nick/gamertag that I have...is there a way to completely reset everything after this free period??????

-And I keep hearing from friends that XBOX LIVE and/or Bungie.net is going to go under heavy construction and have major updates and fixes done to them both here shortly...Have some lag issues fixed and update for faster speeds and better connectivey....I can't find anything about either??? Especially since Halo 2 is going world wide i can understand that things need a little work done....can anyone guide me to more information????!!!! Not to mention is if they do this will they shut down XBOX LIVE...???

-Something that has been driving me up the wall is the fact that with Bungie.net my stats get mix matched, some dropped, etc....Like a few times after playing rumble pit i will wait a day or so to check my stats and it shows me that i haven't play it at all....then there are times when my levels switch between the two....whats the deal...????????

1.) I do not believe that you can start with a clean slate under the same name, though I may be wrong. If someone else knows, feel free to post.

2.) I haven’t heard anything about updates. I know Xbox Live was updated for Halo 2 before the game comes out, but as of now, all updates take place in little downloads. As for Bungie.net, it already under went an update, a major one. Back in April Bungie.net was rebuilt and relaunched; maybe your friends are just a little slow with news?

3.) Bungie.net has to communicate with Xbox Live services, and with the huge numbers of members, things tend to take awhile. Stats take awhile to update on Bungie.net, usually a day or so. The best thing to do is be patient and wait for the system to catch up. Another thing, older games are only being partially saved, that means not all the information will be there for games older than a few months/weeks, it's nothing to be concerned about. But if you want that information you will have to back it up yourself.
