Step 1, cut a hole in the box.........

For reals:

1. Go into your profile
2. Edit Profile
3. Profile Information Tab
4. The two GT link options are at the bottom

The top right of your screen has your little MC Helmet ID icon next to your friends online, Message Center, etc right? Click on it. Then you'll see "edit profile" in blue font. Click on it. Then there are three tabs, the middle one says "Profile Information," click on it. Then at the bottom of your profile information are two options for linking your GT for H2 and H3.

Good luck and God speed.

At the bottom it says

*Gamertag

*Customize Halo 2

*Customize Halo 3

Then it says "hide" or "show" for each. If you want to link, click on "show."

Then you didn't click on your Profile Information tab.

Did you click on "Edit Profile?" If you did there are 3 tabs.

*Avatars and Backgrounds

* Profile Information

*Block Users

Click on Profile Information and the Gamertag link is in the middle

The main "trick" is that a gamercard has a WLID associated with it and you will need to be using that WLID as the foundation for your Bungie.Net account.

Or vice-versa.

This seems to me to be your problem. If your gametag is not assigned to the windows live ID that you use here, it will not be linked. I can't remember how to change WLIDs that the GT is attached to, but it's doable.

No.

atomic he's in worse than you think. THose options really are not there. unless you really like your bnet account i suggest starting a new one with the Windows live of your GT.

I don't know how to do it otherwise on the new bnet
