well this didn't happen to me, but my uncle went to Chernobyl, Where there was an intense nuclear meltdown, and he said he heard a little girl laughing. he was on a trip to eastern countries. he also went to a site of genocide from the Yugoslav wars and said he just felt wierd and cold... scary.
the creepiest thing that happened to me was when i went to nevada one time. we were actually quite close to Area 51 (sorry to sound uber-nerdy) and we were like 30 miles away, and it was like 3 at night. i was Screaming because i was going to play a concert in some ghetto place in vegas the next day. my drummer kyle commented on a light on the horizon. we were about fouty miles away from vegas, and we could see residual light from vegas, but that was the other way. so this light, we figured was from a car. then my bassist anthony said the road was on the other side of the hotel. me and Josue,(Guitar) were like WTF!!!!!!!!!!! and we just got on the bed and sat there looking at each other telling chuck norris jokes to keep our minds occopied. Me and josue were in a different room than Kyle and Anthony and Austin, and we started hearing looud banging noises. but that was kyle messing adjusting his snares, so it was cool. when i finally got to sleep, i woke up around four and was freaked out to find josues arm around my shouder and he had a bon3r.
the scariest things that happened to me were these:
well i live in south texas, and there are LOTS of mosqitoes. if you have ever been near a mosquito, (if you haven't, you are a lucky guy. i have bites all over me(one of the downsides of summer)) you know they make a faint buzzing noise. not exactly easy to hear, but not hard. so i walked into my garage to get my crazy 4ss food stash, because i was having kyle over, and he wanted dr pepper and cheetoes. there were literally THOUSANDS of mosquitoes and all of their buzzing combined made the scariest noise EVER. not just because i was standing there, and about to get all my of blood sucked out by mosquitoes, it was a sound just like the high pitched noise in scary movies that freaks you out. i was like, oh crap, my death comes with a scary noise and cheetoes and doctor pepper.
another thing that was scary as h3ll was when i had this girl coming over to hang out, and we were watching some sucky 4ss movie about cheerleading. she was like, oh chase, can you go get me some water? and i was like i guess, so i went to get some water, and i looked out the window, and looked over to where my odd family buries our pets. i saw my border collie fighting some dog iv'e never seen before. so i grabbed the .44 from the cabinet just in case. i went over to the dogfight (lol) and pulled my dog off the other. when i approaced the other, gun in hand, i saw it had a bleeding wound right where my one of my old dogs got shot in the head by some f4ggot 4ss drunk redneck. and it looked the same as that dog. it scared the crap out of me.
another time, i made a sweet playlist on my iPod including I'm On A Boat by The Lonley Island, And all the Ghostship songs by the fall of troy on it. we were listening to these songs on a boat in the ocean, because we were fishing for big fish. we were also in the middle of nowhere. then it got really foggy, becacause it was like 6 in the moring. we couldn't see too far, and ghostship Part one came on and that song has a creppy begining. all the sudden, we heard a boat engine start. the tip of my dad's fishing pole started shaking, as if someone was messing with the line. then we went to the radio, and was like, " any boats near (some random coordinates) please respond, Over." all the sudden we hear, "were coming" and a manic laugh and a gunshot and scream. then we turned on the boat and went as fast as we could, like 40 miles an hour.
