Good god some of these are creepy..
Especially since my computer faces a wall, and to my back is two french doors (each s like a pair of big, door sized windows, one of them is a sliding door). I constantly have that exposed/being watched feeling. I read the first few pages at night, and I had to keep my flick-knife near-by, just "in case".
I haven't had anything as strange as some of these, but in the summer I'll have my window open at night, and my door against the frame, or slightly open so my cats can come and go. And even the slightest breeze seems to be able to get my door moving and slam at incredible speeds. And it always happens when I'm nearly asleep, and WHAM! my door slams itself.
Though I guess I do have a story.
Often times I'll stay up much later than the rest of my family, like 12-1 am on weeknights. One night, like all others I spend a few hours screwing around in my room, listening to music or whatnot. Finally, I look at the clock and realize just how tired I am. I get up and out of bed, and cross the hall to my bathroom. I don't turn on the hall lights or the main bathroom light, just the much dimmer shower light, as to not disturb my family. I close the door, take a piss and whatnot as per usual. I brush my teeth, drank some water from the faucet, and turn to leave.
To my shock, in the now open doorway is my little sister. I didn't hear her coming at all. When she wakes up she's always groggy and bumps into everything, but somehow she make it through the total dark of the hallway without a noise that night. Her eyes were wide open, but glassed over as if she wasn't seeing anything at all. when I tried to push past her to high-tail to my room, she caught my arm in a icy cold iron grip. She looked straight and deep into my eyes with her still perfectly expressionless face. I quickly broke from her grasp, pushed her in the general direction of her room, dove into mine, locked the door, grabbed my folding knife and hid under the covers wide awake for the next few hours. Upon questioning her the next morning, she had no recollection of getting up at all. Quite spooked, I dropped it and never brought it up with her again.
