When I was 13 we had just moved into a newly built one story home at the end of a new subdivision. We were one of two houses in a 20 acre lot, the rest was forest and undeveloped property. The house has such large windows throughout that you can literally see everything going on inside of it in every room except the bedrooms. I had picked the back corner bedroom facing the forest for the privacy, and figured there was no need for blinds.
Since it was January in Wisconsin and the ground was covered in snow there was no need to cut the grass, landscape, or go outside in general. A month or so into living in the house I began to see single tiny balls of orange light whenever I was laying in bed with the light on before going to sleep. Being 13 and new to the space I figured it was just something random. After a while it became a nightly occurrence and I mentioned it to my parents.
Fast forward to June when my friends and I were running around my house and I roll to the ground in the area right outside my bedroom window to catch my breath. The ground outside my window is LITTERED with Marlboro cigarette butts burnt to the filter. I told my parents.....we got blinds, I moved to the basement.
Two months later I'm awoken in the middle of the night by a small banging coming from somewhere in the basement. I wake up and look around the corner, seeing nothing. The next morning my mom brings in the sliced open and bent window screen covering the window to the basement and my bedroom. Thankfully, the window was locked. Nothing else came of it and it still gives me chills as I type this for you.
TL;DR: When I was 13, for months someone was watching me nightly as I slept. Then tried to break in.
EDIT: Pics of bedroom today, basement windows and the backyard
I'm not gonna lie, it really does sound like you have a stalker. I'm not trying to be funny or anything, that really is what I think of the situation.
