Ok, i'm not sure if this was a dream or not, but in my old house, i woke up and i heard a woman singing. Now it was that sort of calm soothing singing, and i looked out the window, but i coudnt see anyone, anywhere.

Now this happened to me recently in my new house as well, i wake up, i hear singing, no-one in sight.

I don't want to upset anyone,

But I predicted 9/11 the day before it happened...
I'm still freaked out by it

Remember 9/11/01!!!!

I remember in the background of a johnny bravo cartoon it showed two towers on fire, as if something had crashed into it, saying comping soon (as a poster). This episode first aired about 7 months before the event occurred

This isn't really scary or paranormal, but its true. About 1 and a half years ago I woke up at about 5 in the morning on a monday, and got up. I found my mum staring out the window. I what i say from behind the blinds was pure red. I couldn't even see across the street through the red. We though something was majorly on fire and there was no TV reception. I went to school as usual and it was all the way there aswell! Only about 1/4 of the school students were there (out of roughly 1100). It was hard to see anything and later we found out that it was just a dust storm that came all the way from central Australia.

Not scary, just started off creepily, like the end of the world!

I woke up one night to hear this absurdly loud object flying overhead, and my house is vibrating.

So I look out my window and this thing (whatever it is) is movie rediculously slow, but its LOUD.

So, I take a step outside, get one look at this thing, and notice that its not a helicopter.

Or a plane.
Or a jet.
Or a blimp.
And that its glowing a faint purple color.

At this point I'm going HOLY -blam!-! and running back inside. I make sure all my doors are locked, and by the time I was done, the noise simply stopped. It didn't trail off, it just abruptly stopped.

I thought it was a dream... until I heard my neighbor complain about something similar the next day.

To this day, I still can't explain what the hell happened that night.

Sorry but Lol I just thought this story is hillarious!
I just imagine a man in pajama's saying man would that stupid noise stop!
Then going out side and seeing the purple light, Holy -blam!- aaahhhhh!!!

The scaryist part of the story is the man in pajama's....

*thinks of old man in pajamas swearing a cloud*

I assume everyone here is 14 years old until proven otherwise. -bobcast

I was playing Halo 3 with a friend during this huge storm. Then all of a sudden I saw these red, yellow, and purple flashing lights coming from outside. I seriously thought the covenant were invading.

It was just a fuse box exploding. Nothing as exciting...

One time when I was about 7 or 8 my family went on a trip to Gettysburg. We stayed in a bed-and-breakfast about half a mile from the battlefield. On the first night, we went on a "ghost tour" across the battlefield and the cemetery and such. That night, I woke up suddenly to see this ghostly Confederate soldier pointing a revolver at my face. I screamed and ran for the bathroom. Can't remember what happened after that, but that -blam!- face is burned into my memory.

Still haven't figured out if it was a ghost or what.

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

I like shotguns!!!!

When my Mum was in the hospital when she got hit by a truck, i was walking down the hallway to go to the bathroom, and i kept hearing footsteps. I turned around and there was nothing there. I went to the bathroom and when i came out, i heard the footsteps again, but closer to me than before. I then turned around once more and i felt a sharp pain in my shoulder and i darted down the hallway into the room that my Mum was staying in.
Lots of creepy things have happened to me, but i decided on this one.

1.) "Crack In Time" - Louder Production Music
2.) "Agressive Sucks" - Moss Landing
3.) Custom Version of "Meet Oscar" - Louder Productions Music
4.) "Behind You Rise" - Distortion Music
5.) "Aurora" - Mark Petrie
6.) "Surge Down - Audio Machine

Okay I don't know if this happened to anyone else but here it goes:

I was in 8th grade (about a year or two ago), and I remember one night having trouble falling asleep. But later on I was able to fall asleep.

The creepy/scary part, was that my sleep state was something I never even thought of.

For some reason, I was 10 times smaller, and in my room. I was also on top of my body, which was gigantic from my POV. And while I was walking around a little bit, my bed and body started merging with some lightly wooded area and then a Civil War battle takes place.

The setting in a nutshell was basicly a mix of a civil war battlefield on top of my bed and body while I was asleep. And I would somehow change POV every now and then from myself to my miniscule body, and I felt paralized.

The strangest part, was that my teacher started teaching about the civil war that day.

i know for a fact that this wasn't fireworks.

Finding out a house near mine is rumored to be haunted

Or when I was vacationing in Virginia and I randomly heard fifes at like 3 in the morning and i looked out my hotel window to see like an army of Continental Soldiers marching toward Yorktown which was a few miles east of my hotel

Or when me and a few friends felt like getting lost in the cemetery one night and we heard a voice which sounded like a little girl scream "Daddy"

Me and a friend were driving on the moped drunk, it's slow as well (like 30 km/h). So some coked up guys shouted to us, called us -blam!- so me 'n my friend shouted back.

They caught up to us on their bicycle and yelled at us to stop and started kicking our moped. So me and my friend were drunk and thought it was funny, until he got out a knife and tried stabbing me (Note I was on the back), he nearly hit me.

Then after a -blam!- long drive he couldn't catch up anymore and my and my friend went home, -blam!- our pants.

That day I finally knew what it means to be scared, I was doing everything pure on my instinct to survival.

One time... I had a dreadfull dream in which I was running down a ramp with a boulder chasing after me... Scariest thing in my life. Note: I was like 4 or 5 so at the time it was a lot scarier than what it seems.

One time I was in my room, and I was listening to Music really loud on my HD surround sound Subwoofer... And it was like... 3 somthin AM...

Anyways, My dad and brother were out of town, and my mom doesn't live with us, so I was home alone...

My dog was by me and started growling. I thought nothing of it at the time.. Things went on as normal and then my dog starts growling again... Really loud, like she was gonna attack and kill a giant bear and shred it into pieces...

I quickly turn it down and say "What?!"... Then we hear this man (sounded more like a very large demon sent by Satan from hell) with a deep voice talking in a heavy Romanian accent saying gibberish, way in the distance coming from my basement...

I get a HUGE chill down my spine and warmth flushes my face and arms and legs... So I let my dog out of the room and she runs to the basement door and starts pawing, scratching and sniffing the bottom of the door (The Crack).

I Open the door and the light happened to be out, I'm like "Oh yeah, Of course..." And my dog fly's down the stairs barking like a Ravenous beast high on drugs with rabies!

I slowly go down the pitch black stairway into my basement... I looked for over an hour.. Nothing was there...

The thing is though the door was looked from the outside, and it's impossible to lock it from the inside, so nobody could have sneaked into my house, unlocked the basement and went into it, locked the door from the inside, Burnt out the light bulb, then make a sound that sounded like... A Huge monster possessed by the devil himself but with a humans voice. And there is only one way into the basement, which was locked, and there is no way out if the door is locked from the outside... which it was...

I dream't that I was on one of Jigsaw's ingenious torture mechanisms along with a bunch of other people. Read on...

[BEGIN]

I was on the machine just like everyone else; almost a carousel it went in circles; each full circle representing an entire class of people losing their life. The design of the carousel was much more like the Tommahawk at Six Flags; the seating was attatched to the inner face of a rounded out wall rather than on wooden sculptures bobbing up and down. Here I pittied everyone else bcause it could have just as well been me in their shoes. Heck, I was in their shoes.

Some people did nothing but curse their head off, overtaken by rage and would've shredded Jigsaw, the operator and overseer to pieces if they had the chance. Some were overtaken by grief; knew death was coming and nothing could stop him. Some tried to outsmart the man; slipping out of their seat and making some kind of ninja-esque atempt for the exit; unseen by death, nor the one who oversees. They too would meet their end, however because if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. These few who snuck out would never see the light of day. Professionally armed soldiers would hunt you down if your survival was unjust.

Here I was confined to my grave just like everyone around me. All it would take is one complete rotation of the unholy machine and I'd be nothing. Something came to mind, though. Maybe everyone else meets their demise because they were unable to even display that they could overcome it. Maybe if I could just a put on a smile and seemingly accept what was about to happen; if I could just play it cool.

My turn was up and there was no emotion but joy or excitement (most likely me knowing that I could survive this metaphorical train wreck) and I shouted out to jigsaw like I was glad to see him; said I wanted to get off the ride like I was bored with it. Miraculously, I was spared. I tried not to let my own excitement get the best of me, however. Never count your chickens before they hatch because there's always one that doesn't.

I don't know what it was but something brought me back. Maybe I thought I still didn't deserve escape that easily; maybe I wanted to prove that I had a desire to keep on breathing? In any case, I went back up to that hell hole and offered Jigsaw assistance. Maybe i didn't mention it before but he had a few followers handling menial tasks aboard the carousel while he watched over the lot. I figured I could play this game just a bit longer and I'd be home free.

The man gave me a paper and a pen; was a sign-in sheet although it really didn't look the part. It looked more like the usual kind of "sign here" paperwork upon which I was entrusted to hand to each and every person before the ride begun. Why on earth was someone about to die required to sign their name? Regardless, I handed the sheet to one person after the other and they signed their life away (like they had a choice). Now that i think of it, maybe it was so he could know their names when he stares into the eyes of their lifeless bodies. That, or know who his apprentice was had they manage to survive and choose the path.

Quarter of the way through handing down the sheet from one person to the next I noticed something; was a large crate in the center of the ride which might as well have been an elevator leading down to some unknown depths below. What was this doing here? It was so out of place. Then as if the room was no longer round, there was a squared off section of the room where atop an urban-sized patio was a door leading off to another room; a small room which upon closer inspection seemed to be used to store things; smaller crates containing god knows what. Aside from that, there was a trapdoor propped open leading down to what looked like nothing other than a basement. Things were starting to get weird.

In the dark depths could've been any terror to embrace the shadows but out of the comes another one of the apprentices goofing off like he'd get some kind of comical award. Then like in some predictable horror movie he's tackled by some demonic creature which really has no place in this dream. In fact, none of this stuff has any place being in this dream but it's happening.

Now I think what if this creature marches up these stairs and goes for the man in charge? what will I do if Jigsaw dies? All recent randomness now cast aside, would be a sad day for one because there would be nobody to oversee the operation and for two if I used this to my advantage and released the people, it would be my ass on the line when they pummel my face in over those who died here in the past, those who would die in the future, and for respect of their own life. No, it was a sad day because everyone had to die and I could trust no-one. If there was one benefit to watching people meet their demise without a single chance at life, it was reassurance that this would be the last batch to suffer. I'd just have to live with it. What other choice do I have?

[END]

Interestingly enough I never pondered the latter during the dream because it ended just about the moment the demonic monstrosity was ascending the stairs. These were all afterthoughts regarding the dream after I woke up. It was certainly a different experience than my usual dreams.

I mean it in my bio. I'm not going to join your clan.

I detest taking orders by some "high-ranking" guy who is just power hungry to control people's avatars over a video game.

One time when I woke up from sleeping I awoke to the image of an old woman's face right in front of me.

Screamed so loud my dad came in with something to hit someone with (think it was a broom handle)

Then another time this homeless man came up to my mother, tried to kiss her, then asked if I wanted to work at his restaurant, before staggering off smelling heavily of alcohol.

Vrill likes to eat pie and ruin the hopes and dreams of americans.

At my friend's old house, everyone who visited his house thought the basement stairs were haunted, and I vouched for this. Walking up and down those stairs at any time, whether it's lit up or not, I always had the feeling that something was following me. It was pretty funny listening to people's footsteps when they're going up/down the stairs. There was this one friend of my friend who really wouldn't believe any supernatural -blam!- that was thrown at him. One night he went up the stairs to go to the bathroom, and then told my friend that he never wants to go up the stairs again with the lights off, and that he's rather piss in an empty bottle of Perrier than go up the stairs again.

I remember camping out one night when I was young, and I had woken up and needed to go to the bathroom. I left our camper and all I can remember from that night was seeing a bunch of pilgrim-like farmers with farming tools just looking at me, I turned off my flashlight and went back into the camper. Didn't sleep.

This one happened recently: I was at my friend's house, and out the front doorway (the doorway was open) I saw a large, bloated disc-shape float across the sky, and then out of my line of sight. I was extremely confused, at first I though it was someone parasailing, as it's summer and I live by a rather large lake one would only expect, but my friend lives a few kilometres from the shore and there's no way it could have been a parachute based on the way it moved, where it was located, and the way it looked. When I told my friend about it he said he saw it as well, and he thought the same thing. It also couldn't have been a blimp.

Another scary thing: I was with the same friend from the previous story, and we went up the mountain he lives by late at night. All that happened there, was that we found a rather disgusting amount of cat skeletons (we've hiked up the mountain before, through the same paths, and never found these) and eventually we found a pit that smelled very foul, and it was about three metres tall, and one metre wide. We went back home, and we could see fires from the bottom of the mountain. My friend claimed to hear chanting from the area while trying to sleep, however I did not.
