i once went into my back garden (cant rememebr why now) at about 2 in the morning it was quite light considering..(light pollution) and it was spitting gently there was no wind, no noise from anywhere, all i could hear was gentle rain drops... it was so damn creepy

i sometimes head random noises in my house..maybe its next door because its semi-detached..

i sometimes hear a noise...which is kinda hard to explain, it sounds like a thump..but miles away, then it happens again, just quieter, then it carries on till it fades away.like a giants footseps..

oh, and my brother was cycling down a road, when he said he swore he saw someone behind him on a bike comming in fast, so he moved over, looked round..gone, carried on, he appeared again, but really close..like, almost touching, when he turned around, gone

he also said he felt something tap him on the head when he was in bed..not gently either..really hard

oh, and i live near a famous 'haunted' place called blue bell hill, apparently a young girl walks out in front of your car, you hit her, get out...and she isnt there...look it up on google if you like

"I don't fully understand the question, but I'ma vote "Naive" 'cause I like boats."--MinkOWar

Few years back:

Me, my friend and my bro are at a playground on the swings. They both hear someone calling "Jonathan" (the name of my friend), and immediately think it was me who called him. I denied, and soon after, they hear it again. Both times I did not hear a thing.

They were spooked, we decided to go back to my friend's place. We were walking on the road, when suddenly, all three of us stopped at the same time. We all felt something brush our neck. The sensation was all spine tingling. Freaked out, we ran as fast as we could back to my friend's house.

The end.

Long time back (When I was very young):

I'm sleeping with my mom, dad, bro, sis and maid in the same room. Someone repeatedly calls my name (Ryan). I try to ignore it and sleep. It goes on and on. I wake my maid up, and she's too tired to bother consoling me. (Like I said, I was very young). It goes on and on. I cannot remember what happened after that.

Present day:

Anyone ever get this overcoming feeling wash over you as you try to sleep? You can open your eyes, look around, but cannot move. You feel paralysed and the harder you try to move, the more ''painful'' the feeling becomes. I get this many times, and am kind of used to it. I just recently found a way to get out of this 'trance' too-- Move your toes, after that, everything reverts back to normal.

Ozark, MO: 14 years ago is where my first story takes place. I was only 8 years old (22 now) hanging around down in the basement with my parents. I didn't want to be alone upstairs because it was getting dark. Anyways, I had to use the restroom and my parents wouldn't take me upstairs. So, I had to go so bad that I just got up the nerve and went. We didn't have any lights on upstairs when I went up so I was turning them on as I went. I went from my living room down the long hallway and at the end of the hallway is my bathroom. I turn on the light to the hallway and begin walking down it. On the left is a little table very thin with a cloth on it and nothing else. For some reason as I was walking I stopped and had that feeling of dread and horror. I slowly looked to my left and saw a head of a man and his mouth was open just staring at me. I couldn't move I was just stunned. It then faded in front of my eyes. I immediately ran downstairs and told my parents what happened. They didn't believe me but who would?

It could've been my imagination but the only thing I have against that as a fact is that I'd never seen any horror movies or anything of that nature before this incident. How would I know what a severed head would look like? Anyways, that was creepy but I have tons more. If you all like this one I'll post another.

My house is haunted... a lot.
Today only had one thing happen, so I am lucky.
As I was getting out of my shower and getting a towel, I look down the hall ( it is a bathroom that is connected to a room by a hall with no door ) and I see a orange / brown head staring at me. 1 second later before I can tell what it really was... it was gone.

Three or four days ago I was carrying my blanket to my room, when I had a strange feeling. I turn around fast enough to see something that looks like these sprinting behind a wall. I in no way wanted to investigate. Later that night when the lights were off and I was stretching, same thing happened except this time it was giving off light.

Some other things have happend, and I might put them up later.

First day I found out it was haunted I ended up chasing noises around my house with a "Jeep" Knife. I ended up kicking down a door in the process.

Also I was not to lucky today, 2 things just happened.
1) My ferret was staring at me from under a table... the ferret has not been out of its cage all day.
2) My mom just got creep-ed out by hearing doors open.

Other than various ghostish experiences, I've mostly had issues with waking up to a loud bang just as I begin to drift off to sleep... but when I'm awake, I know there is no way the noise actually logically happened. I think I've also had my bed shaken. I'm alone, with my door locked, and my bed shakes.

Children don't have any wilder imaginations than adults, they are just more receptive to weird crap. Adults learn to shut it out, then teach kids its not real, so kids in turn learn to shut it out.

One time when I was 17 I was sneaking into the back of my house after a long night of sneak-out partying, I came in through the basement went upstairs into the living room when my dad work up for work. I knew he got up super early for work but it was like 3:30, I didn't think it was that early.

As soon as I heard him in the bathroom in his room I took off all my clothes except for my boxers and laid on the floor where I was standing to look asleep. He was def. on to me.
He sat in the chair in the living room and watched me pretend sleep as he smoked cigs. in the dark.
After smoking four cigs. and dropping a duece in the bathroom down the hall he put a blanket on me and I fell asleep.

Thanks Dad.

This isn't creepy but it's rare.

When I was 9 (14 now) I was biking in my school yard, I was going home because I started to hear thunder, Then all of the sudden I wake up in the hospital with tubes and breathers in me,

It was 4 months later and i had been struck by lighting,

DEAD SERIOUS.

DAMN!!! you mustve been smoked like trukey bacon!!!!! sorry man. hope ur feeling okay. :)

Other then coma I had no negative side effects, I was 100% fine when I woke up,

I even remember the entire thing.

That is a lie and you are a liar, after being in a coma for even a month you will wake up completely retarded. You gradually regain motor skills and comprehensive thought. My aunt used to help with the physical therapy of coma patients, you liar.

okay, heres mine:

it was about 4 months ago, i was practicing my guitar in my room, while everyone was gone. i started playing, and then i heard the same thing being played out in my basement room. (my room is in the basement) anyway, the exact same thing i played, it also came from the room. i got really freaked out, and not wanting to go out there, i closed the door and locked it, ad barred it with a piece of wood. then, i herd scratching from inside the walls, and wispering. i got really freaked out and grabbed my airsoft pistol, and bb gun. i loaded them both, ready to shoot anything that came in. i then got on my bed and tried to calm myself by reading, but then, the door, that i had barre and locked, swung open, and i heard like demonic laughing. i was so scared, and i manged to raise my bb gun up towards the door, only to be swept onto my knees by this sick hiss and another wave of overwhelming fear. at that point, i thought i was going to die, so i grab my gun, run out the door and slam open the door to the backyard, where i lay curled up in a fetal position, sobbing for some reason. while i was like that, i herd laughing, and shrieking and hissing echoing from the house and across the yard.
somthin simalar like that happend to me exept i didnt hear any demon laugh or any thing like that i was just playin guitar stop then get on the comp but then i hear the same song im playin being played from my guitar i turnd up the tv so i count hear it
