This one time I was walking to my bus stop which is about a quarter mile from my house. Some old man in a car asked me if I needed I ride and I said, "No, thank you," but he kept insisting that he give me a ride because it was "cold" out and I could "get a chill," - it was 65 degrees out. Anyway, I started to walk and he just kept following me really slowly and when I turned around to look at him he would creepily smile and wave. The road I live on is empty too; there are about five houses per mile so I wouldn't have anywhere to go should something happen. I don't live in the ghetto or anything either. I live in farm country. When I got to the bus stop he put the car in park and watched me until I got onto the bus and go away. Also, a few days later, my friend said the same thing happened to him too.

I woke up one night to hear this absurdly loud object flying overhead, and my house is vibrating.

So I look out my window and this thing (whatever it is) is movie rediculously slow, but its LOUD.

So, I take a step outside, get one look at this thing, and notice that its not a helicopter.

Or a plane.
Or a jet.
Or a blimp.
And that its glowing a faint purple color.

At this point I'm going HOLY -blam!-! and running back inside. I make sure all my doors are locked, and by the time I was done, the noise simply stopped. It didn't trail off, it just abruptly stopped.

I thought it was a dream... until I heard my neighbor complain about something similar the next day.

To this day, I still can't explain what the hell happened that night.

I used to dream of people I know dying. Just dropping dead. One by one. I talked to my counselor at school about it. He told me I just was having "nightmares beyond normal dreaming".

The next day, my best friend was shot dead.

WTF!

Estne volumen in toga an solum tibi libet me videre?

Nothing suits me like a suit.

Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.

I was at home one morning and I was walking in the hallway. I saw my sisters door shut and heard her radio turn on. A couple seconds later it turned off.

Normally it wouldn't be creepy, but the fact that I was home alone and my sister lives about 1000 miles away made it creepy.

Well, let me start out with saying something about me: I'm OBSESSED with games. PS1 was and is my fave console.
Well, if you remember Spyro, when you'd turn the console off the save place is WAY farther back than you'd like. So I left it on 24/7 when I was, what, 7? So I go up to the bedroom to play spyro, and the TV's on, the game system off. So I get all mad at my mom. I then notice that I stepped on a piece of metal with my bare feet. I look around and there's pieces all over the ground. I open up the PS1 and it's exploded.
Also, there was a time on christmas night that I found my dreamcast stuff that I wanted real bad (I was maybe 4 or 5?) and suddenly, I felt a sharp pain in my eye. I mean, it felt like someone just poked me hard in the eye! So I start crying. Turns out that a ladybug was flying around and smacked into me. I've killed 'em ever since.

People who troll are insecure about their blam! size. Remember that.

the scariest thing ever had to be when i was 12. i(m 14) We went on a ghost hunt. (i love listening to EVPs) we were there in the middle of a basement asking it questions. and a female companion said "do u think im hot like sizzle bizzle???" of course we were just -blam!- ing around. and one knock for yes and two knocks for no. hilariously it had 3 knocks. which i think means unsure. later looking opon the evps and evidence, the voice said "i murdered my last girlfriend" and the pic i had had a picture of a disconfigured man right behind her as if he was stalking her. i showed her this and she cried. i asked her why she was crying. she said (she was seriously blode dudes) "he didnt think i was hot." i yelled at her saying on how she could have been killed. when i was thirteen (exactly one year later) she woken up to footsteps. when they sub-sided. she when to go to the bathroom. she saw handmarks on her neck and felt violated for some rreason. and i woke all my schoolwork had been ripped up (-blam!- ghosts!) that was the scariest thing that ever happen (as far as i can remeber)

One night I woke up, and couldn't move. It was that sleep paralysis thing, where your mind is awake, but a mechanism in your brain is keeping your body still. It happens pretty regularly to some people, although it's only happened to me once as I can remember.

Well, this mechanism is used by your mind to keep your body still during REM sleep, the stage of sleep when lucid dreaming and great brain activity occurs. Basically, it stops you from acting out your dreams.

Anyway, enough about anatomy. So I wake up, paralyzed, scared to death because at the time I had no idea what was happening to me. I look down as much as I can, since my neck is paralyzed, and cartoon network is on. Weird, because I don't sleep with the TV on all night. So, the paralysis is wearing off, and I turn on my side to go back to sleep.

Then I hear chains. Not just like a necklace jingling in someone's hand. I mean huge, heavy chains, being drug along my floor, knocked against my wall, jangled through the air loudly. Horribly scary for anyone whose seen A Christmas Carol, where Marly wears the chains of his sins in the afterlife as punishment for his foul deeds.

So, the chains get louder. Close to my bed. The paralysis is coming back, and I start to sweat. I panic, freak out, because I can't move. The chains get closer. Finally, I wake up totally, flip around.

Nothing there. No chains. No ghost. Nothing.

This was in my old house, and for reference, was the house I believed to be haunted.

Another story: I walk outside one day as a youngin', maybe 5 or 6. In my driveway, weeds were overgrown over a portion of the corner of my driveway. I rip them up, and two names are carved in it. Catherine and Mike, 1987. I assumed it was the names of the people who lived there before us. Anyway, later that day I step outside, to see, only for a second, a beautiful woman in a bright white gown and a crown of thorns on her head, with her head bleeding like Jesus. This freaked me out more as a young child, because I didn't know anything about the crown of thorns on Jesus' head.

Even though I only saw her for a flash in my eyes, I knew she was there. I ran in my room and cried.

Though many, many ridiculously scary things happened there, I still go back, because my grandparents live there. Sometimes I see someone walking out of the corner of my eye, and I go to say hello, thinking it's my grandparents, only to find no one is there. I try to ignore it now, since whatever it was seems to not be malicious anymore.

Seems like BS, but I tell the complete truth. I wouldn't lie about something that scared me so much.

i was walkin my dog in gr5 i think, and there was a guy way ahead, noone else, he turns his head back and sees me, then turns around and starts speed walking/jogging towards me, and i turn around and book it but my dog is stubborn and stands there, and then i just run around different blocks till i lose him
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
around the same time, i was biking around on a road with no sidewalks(small town) and a car started following me, and everywhere i went it followed me, same speed no matter how much i changed it, and then i got so scared i pulled into a driveway, ditched my bike, and went to the dorr to get help, but then the car pulled in the driveway, and they got out, but it was a mom and her baby and they were going to that exact house. wow

This isn't creepy but it's rare.

When I was 9 (14 now) I was biking in my school yard, I was going home because I started to hear thunder, Then all of the sudden I wake up in the hospital with tubes and breathers in me,

It was 4 months later and i had been struck by lighting,

DEAD SERIOUS.

In the middle o0f the night I heard this freakish scream one time, I was scared -blam!-less because I thought it was the banshee (Scottish legend) that sais if you hear the scream at night by morning your dead,

luckily I didn't die, but I really didn't sleep that night,

but the creepy thing is my dad who is able to hear from downstairs EGGS hitting our house didn't hear it (he actually scientifically has beyond high human hearing) and he heard nothing.
