When online i notice some player with a transpairent bungie,net underlaying theit gamertag, anyone know what that means?

I have deluded myself into the belief that the reason I have the Bungie.net bg behind my gamertag is the former reason rather than the latter. :D

My pall thought once that that symbol meant that the person was a Bungie worker, but I proved him wrong when 6 guys with that mark were in one game when USA was still sleeping...

There are actually two forms of the Bungie.net in gamertags. Some Bungie employees have a fancy one and then there is the normal one we get... pf.

It merely has a dark "bungie.net" in the background.

Even the normal one has the dark Bungie.net in the background of the gamertag. Do you mean that the "fancy" one is just slightly darker?
