Well you know when your at a Lan game and everyone has control over which team they are on by just pressing left or right and it takes ages to start because some idiot keeps switching teams, i think that it should be up to the host all the way cos that really pisses me off, what about you?

1. How many people are on each team
2. Who's kicking who's asses...

I first check to see who has the most players, because I usually join the team with the fewest players... To balance things out...

But, sometimes the team with more people is getting their asses handed to them... That is when I decide usually to go on the team with the most players... (this is rare btw)

I agree, It annoying when people keep switching teams, It brings on a red blue disco nostalgia. I hope the host can lock the teams befor starting the game or something to solve this problem.

Yeah when your in say two different areas and the teams have already been done but then some guy keeps flicking between teams and ends up on the team in the other room or whatever, and when people mess with the count down timer thing.

relax, most online games like this have a "lock teams" option so that it prevents this sort of thing, I'm quite sure halo2 will have it.

The Master Chief emerged from his code. After seeing his dynamically lit realtime shadow, he went back for 9 more months of development.

Behold the power of the Originals, the Gods Axeone-Neurone.

Since you can join games in progress like Halo PC. You will probably also be albe to change teams during gameplay, so if they get on the wrong team it does not matter.

I hate that change teams during play thing. People just switch to the winning side!

They could do it like Counter Strike... If they're is 2 more people on one team, all people trying to change to that side won't be able to... Auto-Balance could be implemented as well, and vote option to force a person to switch sides...

EDITED side note: When you are forced to one side, you won't be allowed to switch unless the other team becomes less of people

i don't think the host should be able to pick teams.. because i play with two xbox in the basement and two upstairs, and it'd be hard finding out who is who, because we are constantly picking different names.

Pick a name and stick with it so everyone knows who is who
