Halo 2 took skill. With the fastness of the game and the button glitches. Most people who hate the button glitches, can't do them. Halo 3 feels really slow and that takes most of the fun away. For people that are ACTUALLY good and just don't "think" they are, prefer H2. It's not hard to use a mauler/shotty the whole game. H3 definatly doesn't take as much skill as H2, not even close.
Haha... good one.
It never fails to make me laugh how people here like to justify their subjective, inconsequential preferences by a false allusion to skill.
I don't mean to flame but you sound just a bit hypocritical in that statement.
How so? I don't think it's possible to be hypocritical wholly within a statement unless it references yourself in some way. So what do you mean?
Oops, cut a bit off. Here is all of what you said:

Stick with your auto-headshotting BR, and swipe-sniper, and ridiculously powerful grenades.... and keep telling yourself that they mean you are more skilled. Just don't expect anyone else to indulge your mistake.
I did not mean that you were fully hypocritical in your statement, not even that you truly were hypocritical. My apologies, I simply meant that pointing out negative points about Halo 2, as he did with Halo 3, while also, for lack of a better word, scolding him for doing so made you seem just a bit hypocritical. Again, my apologies for not explaining before.
