After xHenshi's recent death, there has been a tribute to him, and this montage made from his Filefront clips.

That's a really nice thing to do. He looks like a darn good player.

Mourne not your comrades who must dwell / too strong to strive -
Within each steel-bound coffin of a cell, / Buried alive;
But rather mourne the apathetic throng / The cowed, and the meek -
Who see the world’s great anguish and its wrong / And dare not speak.

That's really cool of whoever put that together. That final message was a nice touch. (I'm assuming that it was planned.)

Also, I'm glad I never had to play against that guy. He had what looked like a couple lucky sticks, but many of his sticks, and snipes, were just plain... good. Seriously impressive.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

Do you know anything about Henshi personally? It might be a nice tribute to get to know the person behind the avatar and the player model a little bit.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

Makes me wonder how I'll be remembered after I go silent. Not necessarily death, but...you know.

I disagree. It seems to me that something like this should be reserved for someone who is very special to the Bungie Community as a whole. Lots of Halo players have died -- do a search for RIP threads and you'll come up with many. It's always very sad to read about, but I have never known or heard of any of them.

I'm not trying to sound cold or callous here, but a tribute like that is something to be earned by contribution, service, or involvement on a larger scale rather than merely being a fan of the game or being good at it. Except for Bungie employees, I can think of only maybe 2 or 3 people who I would support for this kind of tribute.

I know...its always nice to make the gesture. I never would expect them to do such a thing and no you dont sound cold or callous, you have been the voice of reason for many years.

Later in life, when one of your MASSIVELY LONG posts crushes you...and the rest of us. Im sure there will be a tribute for you as well. :P

as for me, I plan you take you all with me when I go :D

Peace xHenShi

That's amazing...you don't see someone make a montage about someone else after they died...especially on an online community.

I have no idea who he was...but he must have left some major impact on the Halo community.
