recently i was trying to make a complaint today and found that i can send an email but that could take time to get there so as per the ninjas home FAQ i went to send a message to one although i coulndt be bothered to check 23 status' wouldnt it just be easyier to have a symbol next to each name in the group members area? id actualy find this good in my group as well

The big problem I see with this is that people might spam a mod when they are around, bogging them down with trivial issues just because they want immediate attention. How do you sort the relevent messages from the pointless ones? It takes time and need to fire off an email and wait. That shows a level of dedication to the issue to be solved. As long as the mods are invisable, they can attend to issues in their own time and as they see fit, without users harassing them.
