Subject: Shouldn't Bungie Add This?

You guys may know me because I created The Hidden Assassins, well I recently started a new set of clans. The clan is called The Three Armageddons and it has three clans, and obviously, they all have the word Armageddon in them. We're on Gamebattles and we have a clan on Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, Gears of War 2, and Call of Duty: World At War. Ask to join. The first step you can take to joining out clans is joining this website I created. Website

I've tried it a couple times and yes, it did increase the amount of members at the match. After you do that a few times it becomes a boring and long experience. I believe that Bungie should give you the chance to be able to message certain clan members or all members by a little check box on the left of their BNET Login. If the box is checked it will send the message to them, if not, it won't. The 4 buttons will be labeled:

"Select All Recipients" (top left)
"Remove All Recipients" (top right)
"Edit Message" (bottom left)
"Send Message" (bottom right)

There will have to be another link on your clan navigator bar, titled "Messaging" which this is used for. After you click that link an empty message will appear, there, you must type what you need to inform your clan members about. The message will have the same setup as normal messaging except instead of "Send" it shall say "Edit Recipients." After the user types the message and selects "Edit Recipients", the check boxes and the click-able buttons will appear. The user must then select their choice of buttons and boxes to check and select. If the user selects "Preview" , then a preview of the message will appear. If the user selects "Cancel" then the message will be erased, never sent, and the user will be returned to his previous page.

And the Shadow fell upon the Land, and the World was riven stone from stone. The oceans fled, and the mountains were swallowed up, and the nations were scattered to the eight corners of the World. The moon was blood, and the sun was as ashes. The seas boiled, and the living envied the dead. All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

Wait, what clans?

If you are speaking of a group function (available to group admins only) that allows them to "message all members", then yes, I think that is a great idea and I have thought so for years (when it was originally proposed).

If you are speaking about a function within the Halo 2 UI, I think that you are a bit late to have any hope.

don't you mean 3

I think he mean Halo 2, because Halo 3 don't have a clan system.
