Two posts in a row or more by the same person is bumbping. We could only list exceptions. Off the top of my head, if your text body is too long for one posts, or is lengthy and requires some kind of organisation (Example: Community projects stickie) then that might be viable. If you do it by accident (try not to) edit your post and apologize. Time does not constitute as a reason to make another post. Edit your previous one.
That guy above is 'smart bumping' using time and substance to try and constitute making double posts. He's actaully breaking the rules.

Yes, he is bumping and therefore breaking the rules. It does not matter how many days/months it has been, if you are posting after yourself, then it's against the rules (unless it's an extremely long post or a FAQ).

If he actually has something valid to say against someone's argument, that's fine. ;)

Of course, many of us could probably come up with a 'decent response' and throw it into a bump. Looks like he was kind of doing that.
