Why does the game have to be timed? Can't the rounds be like in the original Halo. For instance, CTF, the first one to capture the flag 5 times wins, but with a timer: most captures in the alloted time wins. I personally hope there is an option to turn off timers because anything timed isn't that fun. Post you opinions and if there's anything wrong about what I wrote, correct me because I only have the Xbox version so I don't know about the timers and stuff in Halo PC.

i think there was a timer in this one because it was assault ctf......this way you can take turns to see who scores the most......if it only went to 5 each time that means you could never get a clear winner

SB-117

All the old timer-less game modes will be back. BUT single flag CTF NEEDS a timer otherwise

1) The attackers would always win or
2) The game would go on for eternity.....
