Five Tenets of Bungie.net Forum Life:
1. Trolls will always be well fed.
2. Blame-ability thy name is stosh.
3. Bungie has no control over retail prices.
4. Watch out for low-flying defense drones.
5. Seven is not optional, but rather, an inevitability.

Throwing in some new music would be great for Halo 2. Why Harry Potter?

No way. Marty knows exactly where to change the mood music. He did a good job before and he's blowing himself away with the results of his works the second time around with a much more enhanced sound engine.

I like Bungie's soundtrack more than anything else when it comes to the music of Halo 2. They really know how to capture the ambiance of an alien invasion. I don't think anything else will suffice.

If Bungie has great enough music (which is undoubtable) I'll have no problem with leaving the Custom Soundtrack thing alone. But I think coming up with my own music for multiplayer would rock.

It should be unlockable, and just for fun.

Like Playing Lord of the Rings and charging in a horde of covenant. I put the flying car cheat on in GTA and flew around with harry potter. In a caddy and hit old men. it was funny

I vote yea. Marty O. has made some pretty nice music for Halo: CE, even though I don't find most of it to my taste. Furthermore, there is no music in singleplayer and that's precicely where I'd like to hear it the most.

I'm all for Bungie adding that feature. If you don't like it, you don't have to use it. Another win-win situation.

Let's Say your playing in Silent Cortargrapher with your friend. Who make a Giant Grenade Pile and puts worthog on it. You pause the game, put on Harry potter, get the oversheild, throw a grenade and jump in. Really adds to the moment. Then it resetts when you die.

Hopefully Marty will put some music into the Multiplayer. Don't know how he'd do it... but I'd like to see that.

Why the hell not? I mean it;s a option, I can have you don't have to, I like his music but it's not like I wouldn;t want some rock in there or any thing. I am up for the most options that are possible

After playing campaign a million times in Halo 1, I realy would like the option to either mute the music or be able to put some other music. After a while I just turned the volume down on the TV and listen to my stereo.

BTW Tomato, stop making references to Harry Potter. But good suggestion on the custom soundtrack.
