wouldent it be cool if you can have the flag in one hand and in the other you can hold an smg or plasma pistol

i think it would be much more balanced since you can no longer drive when you have the flag in your hand

has it been confermed/denied?"

any thoughts?

Frankie, you will be usurped!

Nah I wouldn't like that, I think they are trying to make H2 more realistic - yeah I know lol, don't need to say anything :p - by making it so that you must have an effective team to cover you while you run. This removes much of the individual aspect and makes it much more team based. If you were able to shoot with the flag then it would make things quite in-balanced. I think it will result in us having our buddy lists full within a matter of hours :D

the reason why i want to be able to hold both a weapon and the flag is because i found the situation below to be very annoying... |

you and your buddy are storming the other teams base and he dies in a final effort to kill the enemy. you get the flag and start running towads your base when all of a sudden you are bombarded with bullets... so you put your flag down and after a feirce battle (which you win) you go back to reclaim the flag in the place you droped it only to find that the damn flag disappeard.

Just think, woudent it be better if you used a one handed weapon and dident drop the flag in the first place?

I think that whould be sweet and that whould make it MORE realistic not less its MC i think he's strong enough to hold the flag in one hand Lol. Besides thats really -blam!- that u cant get in the driver seat with the flag espicialy if your playing CTF with ur friends and the other ones distracting for you then u get the flag and try to get in the warthog and it wont let u... Fortanatly ive got Xbox live but i still am going to have a big LAN party when it comes out, CTF...

I personally that the flag must have some strong force attaching it to the ground. After all, after being shot by a rocket and flying half way across the map, the flag is still upright. Maybe MC needs to use two hands so he can get it off the ground. JK

I think the flag has one giant weight in the bottom of the flag like those punching bag things that dont fall over... And only a spartan can lift it. Maybe the reason you cannot drive with it is because it would crush the vehicle?

The flag is a representation of something important, something so important that it would require all of the MCs attention. Try not to think of it as just a flag.

That's why you choose your allies wisely...it's like playing a game of football when you were nine years old. You have a pool of little kids in front of you, one of the leaders picks the best kid, a 10 year pro walks by, you pick him... :P

Id say if there would be a one handed weapon, it should be signifacantly less accurate otherwise it would be kinda lame.

it hasn't been confirmed that you can't drive with the flag... The Guy said they turned it off for the demo... if any1 has proof they have confirmed it, please tell me, because i would like to be up to date
