Yeah, my iPod does everything your Rio does (but it's not chrome plated--however, it's metallic on the bottom side) and instead of destroying your eyes with an ugly red backlight, it has a soft, pleasant white. My 20 gig also holds 5000 songs, and it does everything the Rio does except be a voice recorder. It does have a clock and an alarm (and the clock even automatically syncs itself with your computer every time you plug it in), plus a place to store notes (but you have to write 'em on the compy). But the iPod can also be a 20 gig hard drive, too. Take that!
If you shell out the dough, the 40 gig holds 10,000, and the 60 gig holds 15,000, along with cool photos!
The special U2 edition one is a ripoff. U2 isn't really even that awesome of a band (but, War was a pretty good album.).
