Ok 1st we don't need or will ever get a progress bar because it is totally irrelevent in Halo 3 people.

Could we get a page where it shows how many game we've played in each playlist and how many times we've won. Also maybe a percentage would be cool also.

Just use the H2 script without the progress bar if that works.

Also hit percentage needs to be added to the post game lobby, as it is 1 of the most important stats there is because it shows a players skill with weapons on that particular map.

There is alot more to it than just copying the Halo 2 script. Coding is never easy and takes alot of time and money to develop even the simpliest of implementations.

Personally, I don't think we need these statistics as "skill" with the weapons generally belongs to whoever is the host. I guess it would give something for MLGers to brag about how much better they are than everyone else. I literally played a game were some kid was bragging about how his K/D ratio was better than our team mate who had the sniper and how he should have it. He ended up betraying my TM just to get his little weapon.

It IS as bad as you think and they ARE out to get you.

It would be nice to see the number of games in each category. I'm surprised they took out hit %, I had not noticed.

I miss the ol hit percentages. It was fun going no shots fired in certain games. Or firing only one shot and getting 100% hit percentage.

I agree. A shots fired to shots hit percentage would be ideal. I get so frustrated when I do all the hard work to eliminate an opponant and then someone with a battlerifle shoots him/her from miles away and gets the kill. Its so annoying!

Would be nice to have some of that hard work represented in the stats instead of showing as assists which just suggests that you couldnt kill someone alone so had to help someone else get a kill.

Since I'm assuming the only reason you would happen to be on this page is if you wanted to prove something by taking a look at my game stats, go right ahead buddy.

Halo: Reach

Halo 3 / ODST

I would like wins and losses displayed on your Service Record.

Because wins can keep going up right now, but so does you maximum matches. So everytime you get an EXP point, your number of games goes up too. Everytime you lose a game, your number of games close in on your exp. I just think it would be much better if it were possible to show your wins over your losses so you easily show how good a person is.

Yeah, a total of wins and losses of ranked and social games combined would be nice, that was one of the first things I looked for when I went to my service record.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

To be honest, I think we need fewer statistics. Perhaps it's selfish or a lack of discipline on my part, but I can't help worrying about the stupid numbers when I play Halo 3, and how my performance will look when quantified and summed up at the end of the game. Far too many of my actions are influenced by my K/D ratio (precariously teetering slightly above average), tool of destruction, kill total, EXP, rank, average life, and on and on. This takes away from my enjoyment of the game. Remember in Halo 1 and the early days of Halo 2 when you could just run around and shoot and it didn't really matter too much if you died or missed? It was a hell of a lot more fun and seemed much less like work.

I suppose I could blame myself for caring about it, but after seeing some of my XBL friends refuse to allow people in the party because their stats weren't good enough (no kidding), and after seeing people ridiculed and harassed about their statistics constantly on these forums, I can't help but wonder if the blame shouldn't go on all of us.

So now I'm a beta tester. Let's see where this goes.

I am a complete and utter statistics hoer. I say the more the better, but if it were to all disappear in an instant I wouldn’t cry. I never choose party members based on stats. Basically they’re just numbers and the only one that really matter is the final score.

There are other sites that can show you your stats in some different ways, but the information that the game streams to the RSS feed isn’t going to change unless they do a major overhaul of the code. Seeing as a major code change would require time, money, and extensive testing I seriously doubt it is going to happen. Even something that seems as simple as displaying the hit percent could change the way the game gathers data.

But as I say with all of these kinds of requests; it’s a good idea for the next game.

Myself, i love my stats, i like to know what i have achieved, but i agree iwth what was said before that stats influence how you play, i have friends that arent as good as myself, but i do enjoy playing with them, but that also hurts my stats, so i dont know more stats would be great as i love to look at them but maybe a way turn off stats when ur playing or well im not sure how to get around these issues
