So I think Jun's a master chef, because he takes off his helmet and your like whoa, I think he's a chef.
So to shorten this up, Jun is master chef.
Well, it appears as though you have a problem with a moderator. Now, before I post, I'm just going to say what the best thing to do in this situation is: simply send a Master Forum Ninja (i.e. Recon Number 54, Yoozel, Anton P Nym, etc.) a PM with your qualms, and it will be dealt with appropriately.
Now, on to the real business. What you did, was respond to a thread that was clearly not productive (I think I remember it. It was in the Halo 3 Forum, right?). What you do when you make a post like that, is you bump that thread up to the top. This is irritating because it causes all of the worthwhile threads to be thrown back to page two, where only a few people look. Since the forums move so quickly, this can cause serious problems.
Whether or not people were having fun is not the point. The thread was accidental spam, it was irrelevant and contributed nothing to the community. What you do is report it and leave. You can save yourself and many people a blacklist.
About your situation when you were blacklisted, you can always let someone know that you feel it was unfair. If you read the page that comes up when you're blacklisted, it will say that you shouldn't appeal for 7-day bans, but if you still feel that you have been wronged, then go ahead.
About the "troublemaker" sign, I don't really think that is possible. Yes, there is a trust rating and I'm sure that Achronos can look at it, but I really don't think that your past will affect present bans. A Legendary Member is just as likely to be banned as a regular member. The administration on this site is not elitist, so don't worry about that.
P.S. I would send the moderator who banned you a message asking for an explanation since you didn't mention his name and he won't know to post here or not.
