OK, i posted a week ago and i still havent gotten any helpful answers so i will ask one more time, my computer will not let anyone join any of my hosted halo games, i have tried almost everything but still nobody can join, i have turned off all my firewalls and security settings, but nobody can join, i can start the game, but i am the only one in the server, i have a dsl cable, i would really appreciate someone helping me with this, because i would really like to host a game, thanks

More likely than not, you're either

A) Still behind a firewall, or in another way have the ports for Halo PC blocked

or

B) Not giving your friends the correct address to connect to you from.

I can't help you with A if you're sure you fixed everything, but remember that if you're on a router, the IP address your computer lists you on is not your actual IP. Check the router's settings for ITS IP (hint: It will not contain 192.168), and try that number.

You need to provide more information to us so that we can help you. You should describe your network setup and your computer configuration.

Most likely though, you need to forward the Halo ports to your host machine.
