I'm not complaining, I am just wondering if there anyone knows if there are plans in the future to let thread owners movie their thread to another forum (Like if I post in halo 3 and think that it should go in community, I can move it. Probably only a limit on one move per thread.) Or if perhaps thread owners can lock their own threads? Thanks.

It's not really that big of a problem. Anyway, if the thread creator puts in the wrong forum, he's probably not going to move it to the correct one. Some people post in the wrong forum on purpose. I think it's fine the way it is with only ninjas being able to move threads.

There is a reason I am user ID 1 and my account creation date is before this site came online.

Well as soon as you click that magical "submit" button, the thread doesn't belong to you anymore. It belongs to B.net, regardless of who started it. I'll let the moderators handle moving threads. It's a good idea, but based on a somewhat flawed premise.

Hmm, good point.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

I hope not. Since people make INSANE AMOUNTS of spam threads anyway, this would likely just give them more options to be spammy. People simply can't be trusted to be given any power at all.

As BB said, when you press submit its no longer your topic, since it now belongs to the community. I don't see why we would need user powers in that regard anyway, since anyone is free to PM a ninja and ask them to move it or lock it.

If this feature was allowed, then it would save the ninja's time moving topics. Although the report button can alert a ninja to a misplaced topic. Reporting isn't only good for spam.

I see, thank you for your reply.
