I just got an Xbox USB controller for Christmas and I was wondering what the best driver is to use for it. Could anyone help?

Whichever one comes with it?

Website always helps....If they don't have one. You've got an appointment with their HQ for a bloodbath. A violent phone call filled with random death threats work well too. Need I go on?

I found a very good one and it works good too. I just played Halo PC with it. It's awesome! Here is the website:

i agree, i always found a mouse and keyboard to be much more natural for FPS. i tryed a freinds controler for a week just for -blam!-s and gigles, dident like it. now i know why i always win when playing him. lol.

but thats just me.

i think the mouse and keyboard is more acurate when it comes to shooting. did you ever notice on the xbox it automatically aims when your pointed in the direction of a person. and i bought that adaptor, couldnt get it to work and couldnt get a soul to help me with it so i just got used to the mouse and ill never go back, plus the controller is pretty much considered cheating because your not playing the game the way its supposed to be played

Mouse is much better. The accuracy and the ease to follow someone is phenominal. Keyboard movement and action leaves a bit to be desired. However, if I set my controller to 8 sensitivity for pc, it seems right at home.
