I know that he said that our titles don't depend on other users, but I don't think that he ever said anything about there not being a fixed percentage.

He stated that nothing is relative any more, meaning that there isn't a fixed percentage of users in each tier (source). In it, he states that there are no external, uncontrollable variables which effect a users base title; providing the example that gaining X trust = A title (without a percentage limit).

To a certain extent I almost feel like a percentage based system could be a better and more accurate indicator.

It'll only slow you down by a month or two, if it was a warning, they don't hurt your trust points as much.

Mythic is a 99% Member, and everyone else is the 1%.

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

So, does that mean I'll be 1%?

They should install the Zelda "chest opening" music for when you get a new title.

Even though it would be more accurate, I'm fine with the way it currently is. This way we won't have (in theory) more people losing and regaining higher titles.

If I am not posting, then I am reading what you might have posted.

I kind of knew nothing was going to happen for bungie.net on Valentines day. But the pink title bar would have been something funny to see, because this place would be flooded with posts from other mythix that have gotten the pink bar of love. :P

The only way to replace Exalted is through warnings, bans or a month of complete inactivity.

Would I be Mythic if I wasn't banned? Seeing as I joined the third of January.

Exalted is the highest prefix (excluding Absent, for obvious reasons).

No 09 Mythics have ever existed as of yet.

Probably not. You might of been able to attain the Legendary base title, if you had a higher base trust rating or trust modifier (by being more regularly active, etc).

But, unless you get warnings or bans regularly or they were recent, it shouldn't make too much of a difference, as a greater portion of the negative effects of them (on trust count) wear off with time.

My last ban was a little over a year ago.

Even if you didn't get any bans, I don't think that you would get Mythic yet. Maybe you'll get it next year, but that would probably be the earliest.
