Exalted seems to be that you just need three years since the year of your last warning/ban. Mine was on 20/10/2010 (heh) and I've just noticed my prefix has changed. I was expecting it to take another nine and a half months.Same here... Only a little three months away from actually getting it.
I think this is due to your account age.
In theory, It would take a normal person three years to achieve Exalted prefix after creating an account with no ban or warnings. However, that years would shorten based on your account age.
Because my account was created in 2007, I would have achieve the Exalted prefix by 2010, but I have been banned and warned a few time. My last warning was dated back in March 2010, which means I achieved my Exalted prefix in two years and nine months.
So, to determine the theory, Dropship dude. You said that your last warn or ban was dated back in October 20, 2010, and according to your account age, you were created on April 14, 2006. This means that you were suppose to get Exalted in 2009. Now you achieved Exalted in two years and three months.
There's an equation where, Once you bypass three years, from that day forward; each years will deduct six month off from the expectation achieving your Exalted prefix, from your last ban.
So, to put this in test, if a user was created on June 1, 2004. He was banned and warned a few time, and now his last warning was set on January 1 2010, where he was originally suppose to achieve Exalted in 2007. Which means it's five years afterward that he gets 30 months deduction. To apply this to the user, it would take him at least an year before he can achieve Exalted status.
The older the account, the sooner he'll achieve his Exalted prefix after recovering from the previous warnings or bans.
