There are many powers in the world, for good or for evil. Some are greater than I am. Against some I have not yet been measured. But my time is coming.

people tend to respond to people of a higher title much more often than not.
I can assure you that I do not. The only thing a title truly does for me (other than make for a good conversation in this thread), is help with recognizing memebrs who I have interacted with before.

You must have just recovered from a ban. By the way, you're the first 2007 Mythic I've seen. :P

"You got 2 years of cl1t deepening you mean?"
"Uh. Wut?"
"..."
"Do you know what a cl1t is, dear?"
"LAWL SO SIGGING THIS -blam!-!"

Ah I just had to check this once more. Looks like someone has a higher trust rating than me because I am now an Honorable member instead of an Honorable Heroic member.

Strange. I know of so many Legendary members that joined before Flame Killa 2PC that are still Legendary, myself included. I need to post more, lol.

... :O It has began...

So 2 years 9 months seems to be the minumum requirement to be Mythic then? Seems fairly likely.

  • 09.26.2009 1:08 PM PDT

This is what i think of member status:

Honorable Member : 1 year membership, bans/warnings don't influence this title.
Noble Member : 2 years membership, bans/warnings don't influence this title.
Exalted Member : 3 years membership, bans/warnings influence this title.

Note : 'Exalted' prefix requires no bans/warnings for 3 years.

There's no requirement. It all depends on how active the user is and how many bans and or warnings they've received. Remember the guy who on the day he joined received heroic ? For all we know someone could get mythic in a week.

No I would have Honorable then.

Perhaps Intrepid and Fabled are based off of how consistently you visit.
Such as, for intrepid, you need to make five posts on the public forums every day for thirty days.
And for fabled you need to make ten posts on the public forums every day for forty days.
*waits for someone to disprove theory*

I think I see what you did there, but I don't have my contacts in.

And seeing you post reminds me...

You should be all recovered from your title blacklist fairly soon, shouldn't you? Do you remember when you were banned, and how long it lasted so that we have another member to look at for title recovery?
I received my 3rd 2 week ban on April 7th, 2009. On August 1st, 2009 I was given the 'Intrepid' prefix.

My total history includes 2 two warnings, and three 2-week bans.

Keep an eye out on October 1st. That would be roughly 6 months after your last ban, and members seem to recover from bans at the beginning of each month.

My title has recently jumped from Member to Intrepid Member.

** Unlinking/Linking your Gamertag is highly probable to lower/raise your title.
*** Receiving a warning or ban will lower your title
**** Account age helps

*TOM T 117's thoughts on being demoted without any warnings or bans
*ecartman1214's theory on Max Value changes
*American Recoil's theory on "Trust Points"
*Eldude95's Theory on how trust is earned
*pitbullfathead's theory overall
*Mr Snowballs' theory on a trust points system
*Karl2177's theory about pre-fixes
*JesusismyHomey's theory about how the system works
*Lord Snakie's theory about title change

That's not quite what we're talking about, but they cannot add any more armor to the game. It's just not made that way. Anything new will have to be in Reach.

That sounds about right. I was Honorable Heroic, got a warning and now I'm just Honorable. I've also been here a bit over a year now.

I've just noticed i've went down to 'heroic' member status, due to my absence from the forums since last Tuesday. (ODST release) I would say that posting in the main forums effects your title, definately.

Same thing happened to me a while back. I had gotten my Heroic tittle, and I was in the process of moving so a few days of not posting and I was back to a normal member. Then 24 hours later from a bit of posting I went to Honorable Heroic... then I lost my Heroic again... I lose a lot of things. ^_^
