I have no idea when I'll be something more than a member.

You will one day just dont get banned or get a warning.

I was Legendary, then I got a double whammy ban, one for "publicly criticizing someone's intelligence", and the other for "Off topic" considering it was in the ODST forum ABOUT ODST.

Both of which were 3 day bans. The first I could see why, but the second just didn't make any sense. Everyone else that day who got that moderator posting in their thread telling them it was locked got nothing, but I got shafted and was given a ban. D:

I remember when you were Legendary.
Don't worry, I'm sure you'll get it back after some time.
=)

Anyone know how long a warning usually sticks with you? I want my Heroic back.

I got a warning too.
Warnings i don't think take as long as a ban does, 3 day ban i think nornmally takes around 3 months to wear off?? Maybe a month and a half?

Since organized communities are usually more enjoyable, you should take your time to read the forum rules to save yourself some trouble and help keep the forums clean :-)

I believe that warnings start out at 1-month drops in your title, and then gradually increase from there. I'm not sure how much, but that's what I've seen happen before.

@Geegs30

Back up to Legendary. Took less time/posting to get it back than it did to get it the first time.

Yea, I find that kind of funny. It almost reminds me of the Halo 3 TrueSkill system. At certain rankings, your rank can change every time you post. I suppose the only way to get off the "borderline" is to do a lot of good things to get above the borderline.

...Or you could just do one bad thing to get you off of the borderline... which may be easier...

Delta. Alpha. November. Indigo. Echo. Lima.

Awesome the day will be when my title gets higher... I've been a member almost a year and I've posted as much as seemed appropriate.

Member sorta doesn't have the same respect as the 'honourable' or 'legendary' title does.

Just wanted to throw that out there... yummy.

I'm a Veteran now.

Is that good?

4 years with a non-recent ban history. Good? That's up for you to decide. :P

Honourable is the most common prefix, besides Absent.

It is easy to be male
it is another thing to be a man.

Does PMing a ninja to report a thread or user increase a users trust score( or whatever it's called)?

Probably. I guess it is showing that you are familliar with the rules.

I don't think PMing a ninja does anything for your trust rating, although i doubt that hitting the report would do you any harm! Of course this doesn't mean you go out and report everything, you can still get banned for mis-use of the report function!!
