I have been a Heroic Member for God knows long and i still haven't changed.
Puzzling...
One of us... one of us... one of us... one of us...

I dunno. The system confuses me.

Indeed it does

Case and point: don't worry about it. Girls start getting boobies pretty soon, and then you'll have plenty of other things to think about. Being an Inheritor is not a life goal.

Indeed. I haven't had XBL for a long time, but I still come on her everyday.

I am very confuzzled. My profile is showing me as "Fabled Heroic Member," but my posts show me as "Fabled Legendary Member."

Can my profile predict the future?

Edit: Now I've been demoted. Strange.

I don't know why I haven't become a Legendary member again.

I have never heard of that happening before. Very, very, weird.

What's up? You can call me Phil. I love to play Battlefield 3!

Hmm, that is very strange. I guess your profile can tell the future.

PPD = Posts per day...?
=P

  • 11.07.2009 12:09 AM PDT

I know that but what does that have to do with it.

  • 11.07.2009 12:10 AM PDT

When enlightenment is the question. The Answer is Pain.
When Ignorance is the problem. The Answer is Blood.
When love is absent. Hatred fills the void.

I suppose that counts towards how active a member you are....

Ih and demoted to Heroic two times in two days, Woo Hoo!

PPD does in fact, mean Posts Per Day. It's a huge factor towards Title. Go to the Script Central Top Forum Topic, and look for PPD. Download it, and you will be able to see your PPD on your Profile Page.

Talon have you even read the OP? It says PPD and Lack of Ban are the basic principles for Titles.

Also warnings have some significance....

Yes I have.
I mean, like what you said my PPD was 9.38, but what should it be for me to have a title change. Thats basically want I'm asking.

Depends. I had around 22 PPD when I was promoted to Legendary.

So apparently I now have a "high post count" now. That means I'm on this site too much... :(

There are many powers in the world, for good or for evil. Some are greater than I am. Against some I have not yet been measured. But my time is coming.

Yes, it is a rather dubious honor.

why dont group posts count towards your ppd? many people are truly active members, they just post mainly in groups. seems like it would be a better overview of active people to include groups posts as well

  • 11.07.2009 8:20 AM PDT

My title has dropped becouse of my inactive and do you know away to get it back again or you have to post more.

well, its a combo of both activity and length of time here. most basic way to put it:prefix is activity, secondary is length of time. secondary will only go up from being in bnet for a lon gamount of time. your prefix though relies on amount of posts, or ppd (Posts Per Day). each day, a certain percentage of bnet users (the top % of posters), go up, or something along those lines.

so long and short of the answer:yes, posting will help you get your prefix back

Everything is interesting if you go into it deeply enough.

I'm guessing they do. There are plenty of people who never venture into the "mains" with titles. They probably have less of an effect, but they do seem to do something.

There is no "magic number". I bet titles are a percentage of the users on the site (so say, .001% are Mythic members). Titles are in limited supply, and you "share" your title - if you aren't currently wearing it, someone else is.

To get it back, I suppose you'd have to have more trust then the lowest trusted member of the next title. That's why you see your title fluctuating; you're at the top of the Heroic members, and the bottom of the Legendary members. So at some points in time, you may be more active than the other people, so you "jump" ahead, but then they become active, and you go back down.

if private group posting counts, its miniscule.
