Nice list! :D

By the way, I'd say Mythic members have generally been here for 3 or more years. I've been here longer than 2, even.

You just have no life there, lover boy.

It's a bad idea to try to understand Zag's and HaloChick's bizarre inside jokes.... they're a couple of weird ones, indeed. ;-)

Well with what a lot of us have thought, some of the status is based on time here; so certain members who haven't been here in a while will get a higher ranking, but they can lose it (I believe) with warnings and bans.

Taxes do nothing to affect the share of wealth, since taxes are only applied to income.

So that's not even a part of the conversation at all, so it's pointless talking about it....

"for a "best" moral to exist, there must exist the "best" moral base. If the base of morality varies from location to location, culture to culture...then there can't be an absolute moral..

duardo, thank you for making this thread. based on the large number of threads and posts on this subject, i hope that this will clear things up for many people.

haven't received many warnings (if any) or bans (if any).

*walks away whistling*

per usual, when i stumble upon one weggie's posts it makes me laugh. i suspect that this is the case for many people (that they find weggie's posts amusing and that they have fancier than standard titles even though they have been warned or banned).

i, like just about everyone else in the forums, am entirely ignorant of the trust system's formulation process, and i am curious about how bans and warnings are taken into account. specifically, i wonder if the bungie higher-ups have the ability to not only see the message that was sent announcing a warning or ban, but if they can also see the posts that lead to the warning or ban. seeing that a person was warned or banned is helpful, but being able to see the material that was viewed by one person as being a violation could also be of use.

what do you mean when you say you were modded in the bnet forums? did someone hack into your account and make inappropriate posts from your bnet id?

also, what do you suppose is the distinction between the various titles (heroic to legendary, and so on)?

I wonder this myself. It would appear (to me) that this is the case with bans now. It seems that once someone reports something about an individual, and then other people do it, it starts to add up and is collected in a bin of sorts, where the mods/Web team can view the bins and see whether or not that individual should be banned or not. That's what I think after observing numerous posts from the mods.

I think he was joking...

also, what do you suppose is the distinction between the various titles (heroic to legendary, and so on)?To me, it seems that Legendary members get ranked based on when they joined (i.e. before 06/01/2004). It also could be popularity also...we can't really be sure though.
