Hmmn. Anyone else notice that some odd glitches in their rank? I was promoted to Noble Heroic Member last week. Been here years. As of this morning I am back to being just Noble Member. Anyone know what's up? This happen to anyone else? My post counts have been about the same. I should not have lost the Heroic portion of my rank unless it was a glitch that gave me that rank to begin with.

Maybe the criteria has changed for the Heroic/Legendary/Mythic prefixes. I remember being Heroic two years ago, but instead its moved onto Honorable, Noble, and Exalted. I think that He,Le,My ratings still have to do with how long you've been here, but it could be like how Xbox live works when it recognizes how many years you've been gold. Only consecutive amounts of time work. This would make sense seeing as I am not logged on to Bungie.net all of the time.

I remember when I used this space to put cool looking links to my chapters back in the day. I don't even know why I'm using it now. Why are you even reading this? You must be interested in me. Still reading?

If you start posting a little more often, I'm sure you will start receiving new titles. I've been plain old Legendary for quite a while now. Hopefully I will get a nice splash of blue to my title bar soon.

I who walk alone in this world wrapped in the arms of the past not knowing what lies ahead of me. What am I? A soulless being to be beaten by the rage of those who hate me? Cutting my way past hopes and dreams. Sit in the window sill as I do every day and night resignations on my slate of who I am and what is left behind. Concealed in the words that chases my every thought. I who walk alone in this world…I am broken

Damn, just two more months to a full two years. I kinda like being an Honorable Memeber, but I'd really like to have Heroic. I wonder what rank I'd have right now if I signed up when I bought Halo 2...

I was warned in the Feedback forum for posting a thread stating that there was a broken link in the forum rules. Problem was I was warned by two moderators for the same thing, does that mean I suffered twice the amount of trust loss?

It was the next day that I dropped from Legendary to regular member. :/

something similar happened to me a week or two ago. I was banned by one mod, then he messaged me saying he meant it to be a warning so i was un-banned and banned for 15 mins. mins later 2 other mods warned me also, no ban.

I went from Noble legendary to intrepid.

I didn't think warnings had such a strong influence on member titles. :/

Wort Wort Wort!

what do you mean by stickied?

I think the recent surge of new users joining may have had some effect on everyone's titles.

For instance, since there are so many new, regular members joining over these past couple of days, maybe those who were on the verge of a higher title might have been bumped up to to the next level.

Since the ratio of normal members to Heroic, Legendary, etc has increased.

Just a thought.

I believe that you are right, it would make sense.

Also, just out of curiosity, but has anyone ever gotten Mythic member after two years on Bnet, or is that just an assumption? I ask because many of the Mythic Members I know got their at around three + years.

All our dreams come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity.

I think that you are correct. With all of the new members coming in, they may have altered the number of each people that can have the titles. So people that may have had enough trust to get a certain title but the person with the lowest amount of trust in that title, had more trust than them, it just added them to the people in that title group.

Bingo.
But this is, of course, just a theory.

I say this because my Mythic returned a few hours before the beta went live.
Since before I was jumping between Mythic and Legendary, literally, in between posts.

I remember when I used this space to put cool looking links to my chapters back in the day. I don't even know why I'm using it now. Why are you even reading this? You must be interested in me. Still reading?

Say 0.25% of the b.net member base can have the title of "Mythic" and B.net has... oh sayyyyy 3 million members(way off I know) so 7,500 members are mythic. Then during the Beta, that 3 million jumps up to 3.5 million. That 0.25% percent jumps up from 7,500 to 8,750. So, those 1,150 members who were closest to reaching "Mythic" status were bumped up.

Still looking for an answer here, do warnings have less effect on trust ratings than bans do?

Also, if you receive 2 warnings for the same incident, does that effect your title twice?

Heroic/Legendary/Mythic doesn't really relate to how long you've been here, it relates to how active you are.
