What are the number of posts needed for intrepid, fabled, etc.?

Nobody knows for sure. Some people say 25,000 for intrepid and 50,000 for fabled. I doubt that's correct, there is just no way of knowing.

I don't know. I'm less then 6 months off my last ban, and I'm legendary now.
I have exact dates saved somewhere of my bans and when I got higher titles.

Well your last ban couldn't have been that long then if you already have your legendary back.

  • 08.02.2010 1:24 AM PDT

I don't think post length has anything to do with trust. Why? Simply because quoting someone, copy-pasting etc, would then count towards it. This would be slightly biased and would not make for a good scoring system.

And to the person who guessed at 25000 and 50000: those seem improbable. I suspect it's more like 2000-5000, they seem more reasonable considering the number of people who have attained such titles.

He's a fairly active member so it is entirely possible that his ban had a minimal effect upon his rank.

This is actually the first time I've been legendary.
I was plain Heroic before.
I got 2 3-day bans, almost back to back..
Hold on, I'll get the dates.

Yeah, I wasn't really thinking at the time. Maybe it's more like 5,000 and 10.000. That seems pretty reasonable.

WOW, that's pretty cool. How much do you post though? A lot I'm guessing. Because there has to be something that you do/have done that got you the title back so fast.

Like I said, this is the first time I've gotten Legendary.
But quite a few things have happened since then; Founded a group, became moderator in two other fairly large groups; Posted alot without getting banned..
Who knows?

Yeah, that might explain it. Because there was talk of how being a moderator etc of private groups also counts.

What was the Bungie reply in this thread? Does anyone know?

Here's something to think about. I still had the Intrepid status after being gone for two months to go to basic. As soon as I posted I received my Legendary status back along with Intrepid. So time off does account.

7 bans later and I'm still Legindairy. I've been like this consistently for a while now.

Never if you are mythic, you guys smell funny.

im starting to feel really annoyed that everyone who joined around my time has titles like legendary and intripid, and some of them have been banned, and despite my clean record, my title refuses to budge.

Recently I have noticed many Mythic members going down to Legendary and the same goes for myself, from Legendary to Heroic.

I am uncertain as to what this means however there is a visible pattern which suggests something. Even some of the Forum Ninjas went downwards.

Does anyone know why or have any plausible explanations to this? I have theorized that someone is making changes to the title program but cannot verify it. Speculations? -CM

Good job doing old stuff, Lets focus on New stuff!

I prefer this ranking system rather than other ranking systems in forums (EG The Epic games forums where it takes loads and loads of posts to get promoted where as here it depends on time) due to the fact that everyone is at the same level rather than people saying "Shut up! I have more posts than you!" and also if someone recieves a warning or ban, When they come back,They can'tsay "Oh,I can do it again, All they do is ban you and you keep your rank".

Nice post,Duardo!

  • 08.02.2010 7:20 AM PDT

Here's a question. For a person who's active everyday, and posts about 30-50 posts a day, who long would it take to get Intrepid? And how long to get Heroic?

And yes, I'm aware that this account isn't even 24 hours old, I'm just asking.

That's rather strange. Have you been banned lots? Have you been inactive for a large amount of time? Both of these have a serious affect on your trust points.

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Hey, I have a question.

Posting 11+ times a day on average, and I got a warning a month and a half ago, how long would it take to me to regain my Legendary title?

Your title is indecisive right now. I just saw you as a legendary member, and now I see you as a heroic again. It shouldn't take too long to "lock" your legendary
