Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Nice. That pretty much proves that Private Groups count to your title.

I never expected this to happen but I am now a Intrepid Legendary Member.

I think this is most interesting because I have recently been spending a lot more time in my private groups than on the forums, occasionally I do look in the forums for some funny or interesting threads, but I do post much more in private groups. Then just this morning when I signed on, I notice my title prefix has changed. "Oh Blam!" I yelled smiling "whatta-ya know".

Hard is good.

Ok, my last ban was on 21.10.09, does that mean on that date or around that time I'd get my honourable?

P.s. Just scrolled through my pm box to find messages from the soul, I got banned for 14 days for asking where to find the achievements when someone posted a thread discussing them D: Nightmare.

I'd like to be half-man half-tree in an octopus' garden in the shade.

Yep, you'll get honorable on 21/10/10 then.

Was it in the Flood when the Play Nice rule was in effect?

I got 14 days a little over a year ago for posting in the rules thread in the Reach forum while Foman was still working on it :(

This faith is my state.....otherwise Babylon.

The system is haunting me. So I had not posted for a couple of weeks, watched my status and noticed that I was still heroic, posted and dropped to plain member( I guess it takes a post for the system to update the status), edited my post and went back to heroic. The way I interpret the system is that it's relying too much on PPD. A normal person wont post 30 posts per day and at the same time maintain a high standard.

Edit: Back to member again. That's the third change today. I shouldnt question it, the member bar looks better than the heroic and there cant be that many Exalted members out there :)

It's based off of consistency more than posts per day from my understanding. If you're away for a year, you might lose your beloved "bar" but if you come back and post consistently for say, 6 months, you will get it back and then some, assuming you were only consistently active for 4 months, prior to your leaving. At least, that's what I get from it.

That's all a scenario of course.

Its most likely because your 'trust rating' is in the middle of Member and Heroic, therefore you will bounce up and down alot.
To combat this: Try being even more active at least for a few days to get out of being inbetween.

Despite mind bending activity, which is hugely increased and about 20ppd, I lost legendary status, which shows consistency is key, but then my ppd would be about 1.5 a day if I was as consistent as can be.

Also, if activity in groups counts, then would bans from groups affect trust as well?

Well your ppd is 1.3, so you are not that active. Just post a little more every day and you should get your Legendary title back. For your second question, I am not sure if group bans count. (Most likely not)

6. Intrepid - High post count
7. Fabled - Very high post count

I'm confused, i see these all the time and i take a look at their posts, and i sometimes have more posts than some of them. I know that the Bungie Webteam only knows how this works but, at least explain to me why some of them have fewer posts that i do.

Well sometimes people that have the Fabled or Intrepid title don't post in the main forums, they post in group forums. (This could be the reason)

That only shows the user's last 300 posts. Most people on here have posted a lot more than 300 times. There is no way to find your actual post count, sadly.

Sorry, I wasn't quite clear. I have been a lot more active these past few days and lost legendary, proving consistency is key.

Thanks, I was just about to say that. Yes but you can only see the last 300 hundred.

Well your account was made in 2005 so it is an old account. Therefore if you become inactive for a short period of time and drop down to an Absent member, it is easier to get ranked up.

Take a step back with me and enjoy a taste of the bittersweet that is our current generation.

I enjoy Battlefield and Call of Duty, and Gears of War.

20 years old, manager of my family's business, aspiring officer of the law.

I love anything political.

I personallly do not put much stock into any of this, and doubt i'll move up while meeting the criteria. It seems ban history plays a much larger role than i'd expect, even if it were over 8 months ago.

I would agree saying that having a higher PPD does increase the chances of not losing your Title, but there are also many Legendary and Mythic Members who have less than 1 PPD and still don't lose their title, not even after months, or even years. I think that's the part where Account Age comes into play, if your Account is older, than PPD means less it would seem.
