I hate you unless I'm drunk.

The number of results you get is going to be the closest to what your post count is. Its not exact, because if someone quotes you its going to make that number go up 1.

It would have been helpful If i looked a post upwards to see my question answered.

Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

~Long Live Halo 2
Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

It also seems to keep going up and down. I remember checking in January and having around 9-10,000. Now, it shows me having much less. I just checked, and apparently I only have 371 posts.
And now it's 1,721. It's extremely inaccurate.

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

Who? Recon? Didn't he become a Ninja again after a week or something?

Do the forum ninjas have to have a certain title before they can become a mod? (Like noble heroic, exalted legendary, etc.)

Nope. Actually, I think that one of the mods became a mod after only six months on the site.

How'd he pull that off?

No idea. He/She must've fit Achronos' requirements for becoming a ninja.

Yeah, I remember checking a little while back, and it said that I had posted something like 5 times in my first six months here, when I know that I posted hundreds of times.

Wasn't Old Papa Rich a Heroic Member before he was a moderator?
Yep, so was daza. Well, they were Legendary before they used the xbox.com meme in a thread.

Predator has done a lot in the community, though. He is very active in the community, not as much on the forums, though. He usually lurks a whole bunch, but he doesn't post. Since Daza and Papa Rich were both heroic, and Predator is a regular member, it just goes to show that account age, or titles and prefixes, really has nothing to do with becoming a mod. The key is to earn the Web Team's/Achronos' trust, but how do we do that? :O

Well it comes overtime! Just follow all the rules and post good quality post. (Now this is not going to get you a mod position on Bungie.net, but it will help)

How far back should my 12 page history go if I am looking for a promo? I know there isn't a set number, but I appreciate any well-though speculation.

Mine goes back to 7/8/2010, but I've only been active for a little over two years and much more so recently.Posted by: x360degrees27

Would earning back a title take longer than it took to originally earn, or would it be quicker?

Or is it magic?

  • 08.23.2010 11:22 AM PDT

Yes it would be quicker depending on the title.. which one did you loose?

Well it depends what title you lost! If you lost a honorable title then yes it should be easier to get back. Just post good quality post every day and you should get your title back.

Probably quicker, depending on what you did to lose your title.

  • 08.23.2010 11:42 AM PDT

It would most likely be quicker.

Prefixes are much more consistent than standard member titles. So if you lost a prefix, you will probably have to earn it back, especially if it is a prefix based on time without a ban. Standard member titles generally come back quickly after some trust is earned.

Can you believe it?

If I got banned during my first two years here, will it take two more years after this one for my prefix to change?
