*cough* I've been a member for a freaking month now after that ban, and I post like crazy. Correct me if I'm wrong, sir Duardo, but I should be going up again by now, correct? Or does being banned completely reset all of your counts? Because I just thought it did just for Trust, and just for a little while, and was removed slowly.
There's no "I should be going up" after a certain time thing. You are set in relation to every member on the site and as long as there is a pre-set n value for how many heroic, legenday and mythic members there can be at any given time there will be no guarantess that your old title will return.
Example
This example is based on speculations and the only theoretical parameters I will be using are activity, join date and violations that has resulted in warnings or bans.
So lets say that Achronos has decided that those eligible for the Legendary title must have joined pre- 10/7/2006.
You joined on 7/2/2006 your activity is X and your violation value is 0
Member no´2 joined on 9/17/2006 has activity X and a violation value of 0.
Out of the two of you you're getting the Legendary title simply because you joined first and the other criterias are tied.
If you all of a sudden are getting banned your violation value will increase to 1, which is less wanted when it comes to titles. This turns member no´2 into the more trustworthy out of the two of you and he/she is therefore snatching the title from you.
Now Imagine that there are 10 000 members like member no´2 but only a limited pre-set value for how many Legendary members there can be. Add the heroic member title into this which from the look of things have even lower criterias and there are probably 25 000 members who are more eligible and ahead of you in the line since you recieved a ban and they didnt.
The real system is probably far more complex than this and takes into account an overall sum of all parameters but you get the idea.
